Flimsy junk, doesn't even fit together properly

I've built a lot of cheap junk furniture in my time and this is by far the worst. The camlocks are extremly fragile, one shattered into multiple pieces under normal torque. You build it from the bottom up but by the time you get to the top shelf nothing fits together. The screw holes for the top shelf end up being off by about an inch. So you have to go back down to the bottom shelves and undo the very easily broken fasteners and then it still doesn't want to fit together.

Just what I pictured

The assembly instructions are typical of products manufactured across seas and there's always at least one pre-drilled hole that never quite lines up, but if you are used to building your own furniture then this table is certainly manageable. Fully assembled it is just as the picture shows and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Everything came very nicely packaged in a double box with padding sheets and protectors, and well organized with easy to follow instructions. Putting together was fairly quick. Beautiful and solid feeling wood, and little extras like screw covers and food pads that came to finish it off. Would buy again.

fabulous table at a great price

great looking table, looks very nice, great dark color; fits nicely in my space. simple enough to put together, my husband didnt complain! Very pleased.

Perfect size to fit in smaller spaces while still having enough storage with multiple shelves. Good quality and very easy to assemble! Good purchase.

Well three tables have been delivered and each package had the wrong legs. They should be notched so as to have shelves sit inside - as pictured here and in manual. They were not, so now I’m waiting to see if manufacturer will send the correct legs to me or it’s going back again. And, I’m requesting a refund. What a hassle! Never had an issue before with Overstock but this really left a bad feeling about their quality control issues. I even asked if they would check before shipment.

This product is NOT made of wood.

First, in this review is my disappointment. The description clearly states that the product is WOOD and that the frame is WOOD. Unless you consider particle board and MDF to be WOOD, this is false. The deception in advertising is the reason for the 2 star review grade. Next the plus items - I bought it on sale, it was about *** and free shipping. The cost is decent. It took about an hour to put together. It was just me and if I had another pair of hands, it would have been less time. The assembly uses the same kind of cam locking mechanism that any *** furniture uses, so if you've put *** products together, you'll be able to assemble this. There was a pretty bad misalignment on one of the rear legs for the bolt that the jam washer had to go on. I was able to ream the hole (because the leg is MDF...if it had been wood, I would have needed to drill out the hole.) It's sturdy and it fits the TV in the master bedroom, which is the purpose that I intended for it. It's heavy and stable. I don't have kids running around, but if I did, I don't think that it would need to be anchored to the wall unless the kids were not being supervised and were prone to climb all over stuff that they should not be climbing on. For the money, I can overlook the lie in the description - - but I would STRONGLY suggest that Overstock correct this and make the description accurately reflect that the construction is MDF and particle board - there is not a sliver of solid wood in this unit. I purchased the mahogany color. Depending on the light, it looks brownish sometimes has more reddish tints at other times. It does blend well with the bedroom suite, so I have no complaints about the color.

Just what I was looking for

I would have given it 5 stars but there was a bolt missing in order to finish putting it together. Waiting for a response from Overstock. Nice piece of furniture for smaller spaces made well looks good.

Beautiful table!

This demi-lune table surpassed my expectations. It is sturdy yet not bulky, of a rich, deep brown color and nice finish. It fits its intended spot perfectly.
