Great customer service, no complaints. UPS delivered a badly damaged unit. Global made everything right very quickly.

When you sit down a huge obvious release of air comes out from the chair. Seems on the cheap quality side. Not impressed

Sturdy solid base comfortable

Solid chair, sturdy frame

Loved the color and sturdiness of the chair; will see if they stand the test of time. Reason for 3 stars on price/value is that the service was not outstanding--DigitalBuyer was not in touch about delivery until I wrote them; I could not easily navigate to info on predicted shipping; I ordered the chairs mid-summer, they arrived mid-October. Delayed benefit decreases value: if the price had been a bit lower the value despite delays would be higher.The instructions are NOT clear--not rocket science to assemble, but a bit more text would've been good.All that said, I purchased them for my 73 year-old brother and he likes them, so we're happy.

Captain's Chair

A bit difficult, it's best done with a second pair of hands.

Quality Chair at an Unbelievable Price

I had a similar Captain's chair upholstered in black leather but after 20 years the leather needed replacing. The upholsterer wanted over $300 to redo the chair. Instead, I bought a new chair for half that price. Beautiful Mahagony-stained wood, resilient baffled seat padding, and black vinyl covering. Good quality at a terrific price.

Easy assembly in 20min. Very light to carry around but the chair is strong and sturdy.

Ordered 7 of these chairs and they look great and are priced well. However, after about a month of use 2 of the chairs came apart. I tried to wood glue them back together but it was no use. Pretty useless.

Office chairs

I bought 5 of these for my Public Library and absolutley love them. Very comfortable.

Met my needs. No damage and all hardware was there. Instructions very poor. Very small diagrams and no written instructions, but was able to figure it out. Came with a hex wrench, but you also need a philips screwdriver. Solid enough and looks nice.

Great Chairs

The chairs look good and are strong and sturdy. They are comfortable to sit in and blend well with existing furniture. They really fit all the criteria of functionality and appearance that we were looking for. The price was very competitive.

It is a very nice chair-not too hard to put together but we got it for the dining room table but it is too short-brother-in-law has to flop down-we're afraid he will end up on floor so it sets in a corner because it istoo diffult to get to Gainsville. GUESS WE JUST GOT SOMETHING WE CAN NOT USE.
