Very sturdy make-up mirror "substantial". I had a previous make-up mirror in a different finish, so needed to replace it. Beautiful mirror -- just make sure you pay attention to the dimensions.

Needed polished chrome. Was a little concerned that mirror is not totally secure in chrome casing, but I think it will be ok.

The mirror was fine, but the kit included two tiny one-inch installation screws, which would not have penetrated the drywall and were completely inappropriate for a heavy mirror on a 12” swivel. Fortunately I had two 2.5” wood screws of the same color which I was able to use in place of the ones that came with the mirror.
