fit like it was suppose to ..... finally. Bought two from different hardware places ..... exactly same length as original except both are for a shorter stub length. And one indicated the exactly stub length I was looking for, but it wasn't. What fun .....

American standard is good stuff.
Replaced the moen I had that never worked right with the American standard and its works perfect.
American Standard Diverter Replacement
Old diver needed replacement due to mineral deposits. Replacement was simple and quick (10 to 20 min.) Removed old diver with a Strap or Hex wrench ,clean nipple threads with wire brush add pipe dope or seal tape to threads and install new diver Great replacement works well only problem was thread connection was shorter but has a plastic lift base so less minerals will accumulate.
