Great!

I have this odd large stairwell nook with a pantry and buffet hutch in it. This fills the space perfectly and makes it feel like small room. It feels more like furniture than a simple bench. Easy to put together, seems sturdy.

Bought on sale and still overpaid

While I love the overall design of this bench, the quality poor.

Came broken

Ordered this last week and when we opened the box from Convenience Concepts we discovered the bench was broken in multiple areas. The hinges had broken off the bench and the bench was ripped where the hinge had came out. Additionally one of the legs was cracked. It definitely appeared that this item had been returned and no one inspected it and let it go back out. Very disappointed.

Stylish for light use

Looks good in our entrance way. Holds lots of bags, etc. We don't really sit on it tho. Not sure how long it would hold up with a lot of sitting. The blue is a bit more dusky or denim-y than navy, if that matters to you. Assembly took about 20 minutes for one person. It's awkward for one person to work on. With two people, it would go together easily in five minutes.

Great serviceable bench. Nice addition to bedroom.

The bench is great. Gives hubby somewhere to sit while putting his socks on instead of sinking into the mattress. Careful removing bench seat from box. The screws attaching the hinges to the lid were not securely screwed into the lid. It came apart on one side, the hinge warped and twisted. Thankful for a hammer, screwdriver, and ability to wrestle the sucker back together.

Excellent in many ways!

We are very happy with our purchase! After a couple of months searching, and we even bought a bench locally that we ended up returning, then we came upon this bench and it was perfect. Sturdy, great color, and style. I would say the color is closer to denim that bright blue. My wife loves the storage compartment! Excellent buy.

nice storage bench

Love the bench. Perfect size, nice fabric, study. It came in two days earlier than expected. The fabric is cream with dark grey but almost looks like navy. It matched my bedroom colors perfectly. I love that I can throw whatever I didn't get put away in the morning and my room always looks neat and tidy. Will definitely get another one when I redo my other bedrooms.
