Not as advertised

Was only sent 1 sconce the ad or post says 2 are included I feel like I got ripped off

Very disappointed and dissatisified with Wal-Wart

I placed an order through Wal-Mart for 2 sets of candle sconces with 2 fluted glass cups (so I should have received 4 candle sconces and 4 glass cups) . The company which Wal-Mart put my order through called 11Main only sent me 2 individual candle sconces and glass cups. I contacted them and said the product description specifically said I will receive 2 candle sconces and 2 fluted glass cups per set and I ordered 2 sets but only received 2 candle sconces and 2 glass cups when I should have received 4 candle sconces and 4 glass cups. They blamed it on Wal-Mart and said that Wal-Mart made a mistake on the product description and they are sold individually. I called Wal-Mart and spoke to Sindy. Sindy said it wasn't Walmarts mistake and I asked shouldn't they have to honor and stand behind it and send me 2 more sconces and 2 glass cups. She agreed with me and said the only thing she could do is contact them and demand they send them to me at their expense since that's what the description said. A few days later I received an email from 11Main and they wouldn't be sending me more. So I went online through Wal-Mart again and placed an order for 2 more only to receive an email from Amang NY Inc (another company that Wal-Mart put my order through) and they said they are out of stock and that I had to contact them and cancel the order before I can receive my money back.

Would NOT recommend

Glass was very flawed around edges with small chips. Metal was slightly bent and holes to nail to wall were not level.

Really nice set of candle scones.

Very nice set of iron candle wall sconces, the only thing I didn't like was how the glass holder bends a lot I find that I have to fix them quite a lot. Otherwise they are beautiful and look great on the wall!

It’s cute but should be cheaper came in box broke not good

Just hung candle sconce in between the two mirrors I bought. Looks great sets off the empty space . Very sturdy and easy to hang up. I would definitely recommend.

These are really nice. Just the perfect size to put on either side of a picture.

Pretty little sconces

These are very pretty! But because of the size they didn't go with my mirror I had because my mirror is very large. So I wished I knew that it would be difficult to return them. No reponse from the seller and there is also restrictions on returning them.
