This flushmount light has what the "basic" ones don't.... style. Not generic and boring. My (licensed) contractor bought one for himself, for his own rental.

These are very cheaply made. The “metal” base is not much thicker than an aluminum pie pan. The instructions are useless, be ready to wing it.

So cheaply made, and it kinda looks sad, like it was in a chain-smoker's walk-up for 40 years and the windows wouldn't open. I'd say the plastic clips couldn't hold the shade, but it's so thin and flimsy it probably weighs 3 oz.

It is a nice decorative piece and flush to the ceiling. It is made out of glass. I wish it could have been non-glass because we placed it in a very confined space where our grandkids could hit it with their heads.

So cute and retro. Will go perfect in my low ceiling house that I'm renovating in gray and white. They are small but adorable. I'm going to order the square ones for my basement.

A design

I have two opinions about this: 1. This light fixture is beautiful. It is not too big. The design it displays make this ceiling light a must have. 2. It was odd as to how it attaches to the ceiling. I needed to use a small light bulb for this ceiling light. I would recommend this but, the needed orientation is nerve wteaking.

Too small, this replaced a three bulb fixture. It had the same glass pattern, but It’s has one bulb and the light bulbuls does now light mote than 3/4 of the fixture because the light socket can be seen. The glass is dark, it is not as shown in the uninstalled picture. It was misleading - the photo shows the entire fixture lit up.

They were fairly easy to put up, even with limited instructions. They are cute and small. The only thing I would change on them would be the clips. They are very cheap looking as they are clear plastic. I wish they would have been more of a brushed nickel, etc. Other than that, they are cute for a hallway. I don't think I would put them in other places. But a cute inexpensive fix for now.

we love the fact how this light is very flush. perfect for our low ceilings in basement. we had ordered more but they came broke. had to reorder
