It looks good from bottom but not from side. If you are placing this at good height then only its worth else it shows wiring and bulb from side. I tried to place it above kitchen sink and it shows wiring and round plate which is showing less attractive.

A nice look at a good price. Assembly was easier than expected. Installed easily as a simple single light fixture should. Looks great in my walk-in pantry. Fits the size of the "room" perfectly, around 6x8'. Larger LED bulbs will not fit. CFLs do fit but they're usually not recommended for this type of fixture, and I wouldn't recommend them either due to any risks involved. I'm using a 72 watt fakey 100 watt equivalent incandescent and it lights the small space adequately, about as well as a TRUE 60 watt incandescent. It's 12 watts higher than recommended but I personally will rarely have it turned on for long periods as I'm using two small table lamps with LEDs to light my pantry 24/7. The only problem now is my aching neck and shoulders, but that's not the fixture's fault. I definitely recommend this fixture for smaller areas. I think this will be the one as a replacement for my hallway as well.

Pretty scroll design, installed without trouble. However, be aware it is designed to hold a single light bulb horizontally so when lit, one side is bright and one side is dark. We're keeping it because it happens to match the wallpaper but otherwise it'd be returned.

Had to return this

The ceiling light arrived broken. I started to open the shipping box and shards of glass dropped out. The styrofoam appeared scraped, as though it had been packed before. I wondered if this item had been returned by someone else and then resold to me. Walmart credited my account when Imbrought it in.
