Ordered two, one had some defects in finish (brushed nickel) as well as some light scratches (moen's packaging is poor). Customer service wouldn't exchange, only option was pay to return. Had the item not been defective, set appears to be of heavy weight and high quality. Surprised required valves arent included at this price, however, drain trim is.
Nice Bathroom Faucet Set
This faucet set is very nice. The only issue that stopped me from rating this 5 stars is the pop up drain. The pop up drain fit is very loose. I spoke with Moen support and they indicated that I just needed to follow the installation instructions to adjust pop up for a snug fit. I adjusted it per the instructions, but it still leans to the side or back. Moen support sent out a replacement pop up, but it did not improve the the fit. It appears to be a design flaw. This is very disappointing, as I have purchased less expensive faucet sets that have a perfect pop up fit.
horrible spotting on brushed nickel
Spotting on faucet since purchase unable to remove! Terrible quality! Embarassed to let anyone use my bathroom! Have tried their cleaning recommendations to no avail. Now looking to replace a new faucet!

Severe spotting
The Gold finish on the Moen product is far from acceptable comparing to Delta’s. The spotting, watermarks, and oil from your hands leave you constantly wiping them. I use my tile sealer on my shower trim and it seems to be helping. I’m going back to Delta hence forth.

Beautiful, solid, and works very well! This faucet is larger than I thought, especially on a small vanity.
