Met My Expectations

Just received our 8 x 10 version of this rug as well as a runner. Both meet my expectations - they are lush, though not too thick, and the colors are dramatic. The runner has a full border around all 4 sides and the border is more of a rich cream than an off-white. The customer service person I spoke with described the colors accurately and helped me make my decision to purchase. Delivery was quick and efficient and the rugs were packaged protectively. I would buy from Rugs Direct again.

This Rug & Company Exceed All Expectations

Very pleased as it matches so perfectly to the one that was purchased previously. Packaged in heavy wrap and once I removed that the whole process was verysimple for me to put in down on the floor without help; I am 80 yrs. old soanyone can do it. Delivery was perfect as I was tracking it but sometimes delivery can fall by thewayside. Highly recommend working with this company.
