The white color and the log fireplace is stunning when turned on.There was a little chip paint around the edges but it still meets my expectations.

There’s NO WAY QVC TO REACH THE COMPANY!! BEWARE!

My grandson, 25, put it together mostly by himself. He’s good at doing things like that. If you’re not, I’d probably think you need to pay someone. After getting it together, the cracks around the doors aren’t consistent and where I have to push the buttons to turn the fireplace on tilts backwards. That might be an error on his fault, I don’t know and I don’t want to hurt his feelings by asking. The description says it has a remote, although one wasn’t one in the box. QVC doesn’t have a way to reach this company, so after a few persistent phone calls to different QVC representatives saying nothing they could do, one said they’d email top dog at QVC to see what they could do. A day later QVC rep called me and said she could order me another one. My decision was to not do that as the next one might not have a remote either. I would order from a different vendor with QVC. One they could call!! Less
