Very nice lift. Does exactly what it's supposed to do, very quiet, and, super smooth motion up and down. Haven't figured out the memory buttons for the one touch operating yet but that's because everything else, assembly and startup, was so intuitive.

Power supply unit failed!

The lift is very solid, well built and heavy. When lifting/lowering is nearly silent and very flexible with tv mounting positions for different size tv's. My power supply box stopped working after a couple of months. Monoprice wouldn't send just a new power supply and issued an RMA# to return the entire unit and they would then send a new one. I didn't have the original box and my lift is mounted in a custom cabinet which makes it very difficult to remove. I instead ordered another lift so I could simply switch out the power supply box. I called Monoprice and told them that I was sending back the second lift I purchased with the defective power box and not to send out a replacement, only a refund for the purchase. They agreed to refund my credit card but never did. After 2 phone calls, they refuse to refund me for a lift and was told they won't because the RMA# was for the first lift and that lift was past the refund period of 30 days, they would only issue credit to my account. Long story short. I have one lift that I am very happy with, but extremely disappointed with Monoprice that I paid for two and they kept my money!

Nice lift and variable for different use cases. I had to do some work to get this to work in the cabinet but thats because I wasnt lifting a tv.

Great value, solid construction, quiet motor!

Works great with a 65? LG TV. Very impressed with the build quality and how quiet the motor is. Would be nice if the TV mounting had some tilt capability. All the hardware works great. The only main complaint is minor - would be nice to have a quick release option to secure the TV brackets to the mounting plate on the lift (this model uses long screws that need to be fully extended to secure the bottom of the mounting brackets. Overall, I?m very satisfied with this product! 10 of 10.

NOT an IR remote controller

False and inaccurate product description. I even checked with Monoprice before purchasing and was assured that it came with an IR remote controller. It does not. It comes with a cheap RF controller that cannot be used with any universal or typical home theatre controllers such as Harmony etc. Numerous contacts to Monoprice have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

Haven?t set this up in the cabinet yet but put it together for a dry run and it is awesome. Totally silent with very smooth motion
