it's ok. It gets warm but not really hot. So the. towels just feel slightly warm. The material also gets tarnished quickly - I don't know how (from the wet towels?) but I have to polish it every other week otherwise it looks really old

Perfect for the most sturdy warmer we've ever had. SOLID. Minimilastic in presentation as wiring cannot be seen. Since our closet is directly behind mounting the wire drilled through the sheet rock exits into closet where I simply wired a 3-prong non-EFI into closet plug with wire channel to hide. Switch is on bottom right for better look only wished two things: timer with temp control & in brushed nickel. Latter we repainted with rust oleum etching auto primer & brushed silver overlay.

It was shipped fast and received in good condition. Pretty straight forward assembly. Plugged it in and used it for a week. It did not warm towels like a dryer would, but it was not designed for warming towels, it was designed to dry your towels so they don't get smelly. there for it worked well. You do need to turn it on for an hour or two before your shower, if you want your towel warm when you get out of the shower. I'm very arthritic and want the comfort of a warm towel

Pricy, but it’s the perfect size and look I was going for. Purchased a separate timer since this one doesn’t have a built in.

Very nice design and heats up nicely. My only complaint is the price. Very expensive but I needed the small size.
