Horrible Chair
The armrests wore out completely. Using a towel to protect my arms. Same with the front of the seat.
Didn't last a year
The chair back separated from mesh back in less than 11 months. Global will not supply free replacement parts if purchased through Staples. It feels like the quality has dropped significantly as I've purchased this chair twice before. Those 2 purchased years ago lasted 10-15 years.
No longer the same
I have 4 of these chairs that I love, but the back of this new one I bought is too far forward and is very uncomfortable to sit in. So disappointed.

Great chair!
I bought my first Global Airflow Mesh Back Leather Manager Chair more than 10 years ago and continue to use it today (I took it offsite when I began to work remotely). I ordered another chair a few weeks ago so I have the same great chair when I'm in the office. It accommodates my 6'3" frame, offers excellent back support, and has proven incredibly durable.
Very comfy
The assembly was so simple and easy I had it operational in 2 minutes. The cushion and backing is very comfortable I just wish it leaned back a bit
not as described or shown
Chair did not match description or instructions. Not as adjustable as described. Called manufacturer number (provided by Staples) and they do not make the chair. They directed me to another manufacturer, who I called, who said they also did not make this chair. So far no response from Staples.
Quality Issue
I had this model previously and it was fine. I finally needed a replacement and the new version did not fit together properly, back and seat misaligned. Will have to return.
Bought the same chair..and I abused it!
I like the Global chair so much that I used unexpected money to buy a second chair. My old chair (9339BK) still is marvelous. No complaints. In summer our house gets its share of sun and this chair is a winner. It is worth the money and the quality is evident. I ordered it UN-assembled . Diagram to assemble came with the chair. .Did not need it! The main pieces are already together.
