It is nicely constructed and large piece with shelf and towel bar. Polished chrome finish is also nice and shiny. No exposed screw and hardware to make the look clean as well.

Used Elie accent shelf, toilet paper holder and hooks all by Kraus in our bathroom remodel. Also purchased the towel bar but decided the shelf was enough. Extremely pleased with the quality- price was amazing and love the ease of a return with Wayfair.

Looks nice, not beey sturdy, instructions not very accurate

The bathroom shelf looks pretty good - nice and neat. The design is clean and elegant. That said, it doesn’t feel studry to be up to par with its price. My another towel rack of another brand for $48 feels much sturdier. Also, in the instructions it says that to install the shelf a 1/4 drill bit is needed. Turns out this bit is somewhat big - the anchors are too loose if the holes are made that big. I was “lucky” to find out there was a stud behind the drywall where those holes were made, so i just screwed the screws into the stud and didn’t need anchors anyway. For the other two holes I thus used a smaller bit (2 sizes down) so the anchors were in those holes secured very nice and snug. I believe 1/4 bits is probably misinformation. I bought two such shelves but will be returning the second one, so for my second bathroom I will look for something more sturdy in this price point.

Very stylish and sturdy. I needed a smaller train rack shelf and this was the perfect size to fit my small bathroom. I shopped around for price and this was very inexpensive for the quality.

Good product

Quality product. Easy to assemble and install. Discard provided cheap plastic drywall inserts if not in a stud, instead use a quality product as Redhead, Cobra, EZ-Loc ancors for longevity & security

A towel rack is more than a necessity it is a design element and this rack is the best in both. We would definitely recommend this to a friend and we have already bought the matching toilet paper holder.

Sleek Nice Looking Towel bar

Purchased this for our powder room, looks nice out of the box, I will post a picture once its placed in the room. We are still painting. But, for the price the quality is very good

Better off buying the more expensive option?

Perhaps one gets what one pays for? This product was the least expensive in its class/type with a matte black finish, likely why it was backordered for 2 months. The "flange" with company logo was factory assembled off-center, so will always look crooked. The towel bar under the shelf assembles with an allen screw that when tightened, holds with friction by expanding the metal tube it screws into -- not very secure, especially when grabbing the towel off the bar. I've been hesitant to install and use due to this, and am considering drilling holes on the opposite side and purchasing nut/screw combo to help ensure stability. This product was half the price of other options so I took a chance, which I'm slightly regretting....3 stars since I haven't actually installed and used it to test this issue.

Very pleased with the Kraus Elie Bathroom Shelf with Towel Bar. Overall the quality is good and the construction is solid. Easy installation as well.

Great towel bar

This was exactly what we were looking for to use in our new spa inspired bathroom. The quality is very nice and the price was very fair. I liked it so much I bought a second for my other bathroom.

Need better directions!

Pleased with the multi towel racks. Instructions are lacking important details. Rack looks good. More difficult to install than the other pieces. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately!

This towel rack is HUGE. Look how small that hand towel looks, for reference it's made well and looks nice but I should have purchased one that is just a little bit smaller

Worth it!

I was hesitant at first in paying this much for a towel rack/bar, but the quality of Kraus products is worth the money. This piece looks amazing on the back wall of my shower and will add much needed horizontal storage space.

Ordered the black matte to match. The bars are not quite as sturdy as I thought it would be but still a good purchase plus it looks good. Kraus is a good product. Very happy with purchase.
