100% useless for dish soap, which is what i imagine is the primary intended use for this type of dispenser. Spring on the pump is very weak and the body of the pump just floats there; nothing to secure or center it in the dispenser. I imagine literally any other dispenser would be a better choice no matter what kind of soap or lotion you were using

Now that this product is installed, I filled it with dish detergent and the pump does not work. Way too expensive and such a disappointment. I will be returning this!

I bought 3 of these and not a single one of them works. I was redoing 3 bathrooms so I bought them early and didn't have them installed until the very end. Now I am out a good amount of money on all 3. I would not buy this soap dispenser. If you do test it right away because it will likely not work and you will need to return it!

Worked well, just as expected.

It works well and haven't had any problems.

It won't pump soap. After i installed it under my sink, I discovered pushing the button would not deliver soap and the button would not return to its original position. It doesn't do what it was made to do. I'm now waiting for HOUZZ to decide whether to give me a refund or not.

Soap dispenser works fine. I did not realize how small it would be, but that is okay.

This dispenser had no hole in for soap to exit the company would not take it back or replace. After much back and forth gave up.

Looks great in my kitchen and matches the rest of the kitchen perfectly. I would definitely buy this again. This product is easy to refill and holds enough so you aren't constantly having to refill it over and over. The quality is much better than the one I order at another place online.

Doesn’t pump soap out. Tube gets disconnected often. Very unhappy with this item.

This is a replacement of the original one I purchased. Wayfair immediately shipped out a new one! This one works great and looks good too!
