love the color and the product it sturdy, unfortunately when the product was delivered there were nails that were up on the pallet so the nails went through the box and damaged the product. other then that it is what i was looking for.

Some of the panels were damaged obviously by a forklift. A fork pierce one of the boxes, either at the factory of origin or loading unloading the kit. I was also short 96 screws and found assembly errors in the manual. Would have returned it but was under the gun with incoming weather and it had to go up so made do and repaired at my expense. Once up it has already been weather tested and did well. Once the weather dries out some I'll paint the scratched and dented panels. Had the issues I mentioned not occurred I think I would have rated it close to excellent.

Awesome Build... I the engineering fit finish quality exceeds all expectations. I was struggling with the screws 100S of them until i got the correct size screwdriver. this was the key to the whole build.

Easy to assenble, but leaked in every hole the screws went in. Even wirh the washers installed that they supplied. Now trying to figure out how to recover it without putting an entire new roof on.

DIY Torture

Although the completed project came together and looks okay, I would not recommend buying this shed. I would also recommend Lowe’s no longer offer this product unless the design and assembly process drastically improves. This is one of their larger sheds, so it has extension pieces that make aligning the hundreds of holes an even greater challenge than normal. The most frustrating part is that by the time you realize you are in for a torturous process it’s too late to disassemble and return. Additionally, the first step is to inventory all 750lbs of parts which is a critical step, but the packing and labeling doesn’t make it easy.. The painted parts are identified with a water soluble ink, which washes off when it gets wet. I found this out the hard way, but l got lucky. Finally, with so many pieces and holes there are bound to be some mistakes that you must overcome. To make matters worse, they usef the smallest screws and nuts possible, so an adult male will waste a lot time fiddling with tiny hardware. Bottom line, is that If I hadn’t invested so much time and sweat, I would return it and get a refund! Don’t make the same mistake.

Assembly instructions lack any context, pieces unmarked and poorly marked. Never recommend.

Arrow Elite Steel Storage Shed, 12x12, Cool Grey

05/09/24: The shed arrived in 3 boxes. 1 box was obviously damaged as were some brackets/braces within it. I called customer service at Shelter Logic and they told me to inventory all 3 boxes, write down what's bad and take pics. During inventory I found another box damaged and added a wall panel to the list. Customer Service was very professional and I had the replacement parts within 2 weeks. I mounted the frame to the concrete. The mounting kits was good.

She’s is great however it doesn’t have vents on the gables as said it does. Include them in the information and in the photos. The panels catch easily. Many of the holes don’t liken up so be prepared to drill your own. Must seal it when finished to hide little gaps and prevent bugs and dirt.

Not worth $1

I bought the more expensive version for the thicker metal and higher walls. If these are the thicker walls how thin is the cheaper version because this metal is very thin. Also not all the materials have the holes that are supposed to be there, so I've had to drill four different holes where there was supposed to be a hole. Directions don't give enough detail only pictures. I will never buy this again. I'm tempted to tear it down and return it.

To flimsy for Florida winds

Assembly is extremely long because your given nearly 1000 + screws and washers. It says 14hrs but it took 2 guys 2 days. Also the doors are very flimsy and not very secure.

They have nothing on IKEA

If I was both a professional contractor AND jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, this would still have been challenging!

Bad Quality and Design

I bought this shed kit at the start of the summer to replace an existing small shed on my property. Initially, I had planned to construct a shed from scratch, but after pricing everything out, I realized that using this kit could save me $1000 compared to a wooden build. However, it hasn't quite lived up to my expectations. Here are some glaring issues I've encountered three months into the project, and I'm still dealing with a leaking shed:

ordered from shelterlogic phone service, website says all parts are in package, and they didn't mention that there are no anchors to hold the shed down.... so, now I have to pay additional shipping for anchors... ugh

Arrived on time, All the pieces were there. Follow the directions and it will go together smoothly. Only drawback is the measurements for the base. It was 1 5/8" larger than needed.

Overall the shed is well constructed. Oh my too many little screws..lol. After the sub assemblies it went together pretty quick. Definitely need at least 2 people and 2 ladders.

Good Shed at a Good price.

Went up well. I would have a at least a copy people help you. Every hole isn't perfect, but everything is close enough that it does assemble. Overall good quality. I would recommend for someone looking at one of these.
