I love this chandelier but haven’t had the best experience so far. The product arrived with a defect. The paint on the ceiling plate is missing some color but we noticed that it got stuck to the bag it came in with. I sent pictures to wayfair reporting « something wrong with my order » and I haven’t heard anything since. This was last Saturday and we are presently Thursday night. We are new to wayfair so we might be missing something but considering the price we paid for this chandelier, it is not acceptable! We are very desapointed because other than that the light fixture is gorgeous but we don’t want to put this in our all newly renovated place! ☹️
