The value was excellent - quality and price. The ease of assembly was as expected. This basic design lended itself for upgraded hardware. A second coat of paint really enhanced the durability. Great size and use of space for storage.

Drawer somewhat flimsy

Overall I love the look. I am concerned about the sturdiness of it, especially the pull out drawer. We won't be using the drawer for anything because of this, hoping to get more wear out of the hall tree overall. Size wise we were very happy. Assembly wasn't too bad but does require two people at times. Perhaps if the drawer back wasn't warped, one person could assemble.

I did not give this 5 stars because the assembly was quite a headache. Some of the holes were not pre-drilled in the right place and actually would have damaged the shelf had I not been steadying the unit while my husband was turning the screw from behind. Also he had to countersink a few of the screws because they were not long enough. Very disappointing for the price and the Raymour & Flanigan name. The particle board is inferior to other pieces we have assembled but was much more expensive. The unit looks nice one completed.

Hall Tree a perfect fit

We love this Hall Tree - we needed a "drop zone", and this piece worked perfectly in our foyer.

The hall tree is nice but not great piece of furniture. Its purpose in my home is right off the garage and barely seen so it it perfect there, The construction took longer than expected and I replaced the hooks that came with the product for more decorative. The unit is thinner than I expected

It really looks great in the front entry. Pretty well made. Some pieces came broken. It was really hard to get customer service. 190-minute wait and not a call back. Had to have a carpenter fix the broken pieces.

This hall tree added the exact needed storage to my home. It is sturdy and attractive and, most of all, functional. I love it.

Great Hall Tree. Requires some building, but not difficult so long as you are careful. Some of the pieces are thin and can be easily damaged.

This was extremely difficult to assemble and one of the handles had the screw break off in the threads. This product was not worth the money I paid for it. The directions were wrong in places and I am very disappointed in this purchase.

The Ellison Hall Tree is made well for the price, and was relatively easy to put together. I took about 90 minutes, and is a good size. It was a perfect size for our entryway and holds all our necessary shoes, jackets and scarves.

Absolute junk, we’ve had it for a month and the drawer is already completely broken and nonfunctional. Really mad we wasted so much money on this thing.

Overall, this is a beautiful piece. There was one issue with one of the panels fitting into the groove all the way and we had to shave down part of it so it would fit and lock in. It took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble With me assisting someone who knows what they are doing with assembly of furniture. Also, there appears to be some glue on the finished surface that I will try to gently remove. Overall, I am very happy with this and the color is a true navy, which is what I wanted.

Hall Tree

Took time to put together and shipping could have been packaged better. It arrived early but bottom of box was torn. We found one of the pieces to the drawer components was broken! We had to fix it by gluing it. It looks nice but not sturdy and the materials are flimsy and is just press board. Not really the quality you would expect even for $***. Id rather pay more and get MDF over this material. We'll see how it holds up. 🙁

Beautiful blue hall tree

I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of this hall tree. The instructions were straightforward, and the material was high-quality enough to make assembling it easy. And there were two spots on the back of the unit that had appeared to be slightly dented but since it's at the back and not clearly visible, nor does it affect the function, it's not a big deal to me. there were two screws that were supposed to be placed somewhere in the middle, but did not fit and ended up falling out regardless of how much I attempted to put it in as instructed. I left them out as it didn't seem essential to the trees structure, the color is beautiful. I like that this hall tree is taller than some of the other options out there. I do recommend this product and hopefully the company/manufacturer has other good quality products.
