Love the mug, hate the lid!

I absolutely love the design of this coffee mug. The only thing that bothers me is the plastic lid. It would be ideal if you made the lid porcelain too.

It is large enough so that you don't have to refill it when you are thirsty, I like the silicon base and the cover and heavy ceramic mass that keeps things either hot or cold for a long period...and it has a simple but classic look. Best cup ever. Bought one at a store and now ordering more. Best cup I have ever owned.

Like a cup of coffee at home

The best part about Ello products is that they bring a healthier choice to a travel product. The Jane 18oz Ceramic Travel Mug with Slider Lid Is not only beautiful it feels like you are having that first morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. Highly recommended.

Needs changes

Handle needs to be moved up and out. It doesn't fit in car cupholder. Burned myself grabbing it by the handle when removing it from the microwave. Edge for lid could be better fitting.

Eco- match lids?

Does the lid for this mug match the lid for the mug I bought a long time ago? Please tell me it does to give me faith that your products will not add to my ever incrasing garbage pile of mugs and water bottles broken lost and leaving a host of unmatched lids and bottles cups etc of cups without lids!!

Watch out for hot handle!

I got this mug a long time ago and loved it so much that a bought another one. The first one I could put in the microwave no problem, but the second one the handle heats up to where it’s a burn hazard. I don’t know what changed in the design, but it was certainly not a good change. I like everything else about the mug so I guess if you never put it in a microwave it would still be good, but very disappointed it’s not like my 1st one.

Legitimately the best mug I’ve ever owned. My husband purchased this almost a year ago for me and it’s held up so well. Keeps my hot teas hot, thick sturdy ceramic, the glaze looks nice. I love that it came with a silicone coaster. It’s portable and easy to clean. When the tea stains, I use the power paste and get it all nice and white again. Highly recommend.

I have too many mugs! But this Ello Jane Ceramic Travel Mug is like none of the others. I love it! It's minimal design and its dual textures are cozy. It has a silicon-style bottom, so no coasters are needed. It easily fits in my car cup holder and has a lid that is easily removed with a quick flick of the finger, yet it's still secure. I enjoy my matcha and occasional coffee while sipping from this minimal cutie. I highly recommend it!

Big Ole Cup!

This cup is big, but perfect! The silicone bottom is great as it prevents the cup from damage and loud noise sitting the cup down on a hard surface. The kid is ok. It works but I would like a more heave duty lid to prevent spills or coming off the cup completely.

Poor quality

Not quality mug -received late . Doesn’t fit in coffee holder . Coffee was cold fast .

Rough top of the cip

I ordered 4 cups. Two of the cups came with rough edges on top the cup, right where one drinks. I hope this can be changed for smother ones. I like the cups plain white ceramic and have been using these cups in the past. However, I wish they would be a bit more thinner at the bottom in order to fit into car cup holder.

This mug doesn’t hold temperature either hot or cold well. It’s basically for looks. Although the attachment coaster is cute but holds water when things accidentally overflowed. Overpriced and I would not recommend buying

NOT HOT; except the handle

My daughter gave me this mug for Christmas because I complained about my coffee not staying hot. I found this mug DOES NOT keep anything hot. Even when I tried to warm coffee in the microwave (it says micro safe) the only thing that got hot after 30 sec, then 1 minute, then 1.5 minutes was the HANDLE. Easy to burn one's hand and still drink warmish coffee.

I wanted something that would keep my beverage hot, and allow me a warm place for cold hands and this perfectly. As long as the lid is on and closed, the beverage stays hot for a long time. Its great that it can be microwaved (remove the lid first). The silicone coaster helps keep it from sliding on my desk too. I'm getting another one for myself, and more for gifts.

New Design Not As Good

I just purchased my 4th and 5th "Jane" mugs at Target. The overall circumference is slightly greater, but the mug is lighter and the handle is thinner. It just doesn't feel as substantial and sturdy. I can't grip the thinner handle as well as the older design. I wish Ello would go back to it.

I bought this in store and I am already using it. I like it a lot. I can take off the gray rubber bottom to wash separately. It also help to not tip over as easily. The lid is somewhat loose but works just fine enough for the liquid not to spill as I drive. It will spill if you turn the mug upside down though, so just don't. Over all, I like it :)

My favorite coffee cup!

Iv had my mug for going on two years and you’ll never see without it! I absolutely love this mug because it’s durable, light weight, holds the perfect amount of coffee. This is not a tumbler where it’ll stay hot all day. The average hotness stays for about an hour which is perfect for me. The silicone bottom makes cleaning easier and Iv never had to replace my lid. The ribbed sides make a cozy handhold while you enjoy you coffee. I truly would recommend this mug to anyone. I love it and I hope you do too!
