Works well and looks nice in the kitchen. The connection between the base and the kettle is in the center, so it doesn't have to be set down in a certain direction. The button to open the lid keeps fingers away from steam and heat. And the led light inside the kettle makes it easy to see water level.

This unit will deliver boiling hot water for tea and coffee quickly and stylishly. Excellent choice for a coffee bar. We use it to make our instant coffee or a cup of tea. No more oxidized, stale, cold coffee from drip coffee makers. I would buy another one!
