Wonderful shed! All pieces were present. Instructions very clear. Excellent space and sturdy. I added a workbench, shelves and window with window boxes. I absolutely love it!

It's a beautiful shed, on paper and picture, but clearly what's not shared is what is needed to make it look so beautiful.

Easy to build. Go by instructions and you will have no problems. Every pre cut wood was exact. Recommend build your own floor to save 300$

Shed came package as advertised. Exterior packaging was torn a little but contents were not damaged. All framing lumber was of excellent quality as was the siding and roof sheathing. Directions were well written and laid out. I provided the materials for the shed floor and built it myself as per the instructions provided by Best Barns . The shed went together very well, better than I had expected. I have not finished with the roof yet as it has been in the triple digits here the last few days so waiting for it to cool down some. If anyone is looking for a good shed that they can erect themselves then the Best Barns sheds are a very good option.

Elm 10 ft. x 12 ft. Wood Storage Shed Kit came with all necessary parts to assemble providing floor is made and ready for shed. There is one minor adjustment for better fit: Step 2, item 3, 4th sentence: Install the first siding panel with 'LAP" edge extending 3-1/2" past.... 4" is better fit.

Be prepared to provide some missing parts and read all documentation before purchasing.

I returned mine unopened. When I purchased this product, I was under the assumption it was going to be similar to the model I saw at the store, which had two windows, a roof and a floor. When my kit arrived, I was dismayed to learn that it had no floor ( for those that wish to mount it to a concrete slab) No windows, (an expensive extra) and no roofing. That leaves some wall framing, truss framing and some sheathing along with some hardware. Not much for 1600.00 By the time I provide whats missing, along with the labor to build it, I might as well purchase the walls and trusses myself and save about 800.00-1000.00 The information is there if you look hard for it, but if you purchase on what is being displayed to you,there will be disappointment.

Fun projects- some extra parts, some missing

The instructions were not too clear and not all wood pieces, such as trim were there, although I had 4-5 boxes of nails left over, and there is one extra long board for which I have no use, but all in all it was a decent project. I was a little miffed that the project picture had a window, but that was extra if I wanted one. All in all, my 90 year old neighbor, who formerly owned his own construction company, and I (64 years old) completed this project all by ourselves. Because of the location, slope, and pitch of the worksite, we had to build a deck to support the shed
