This chair is the deal of the century. You will not find a chair comparable for the price. I have used all the normal highend office chairs such as the HM Aeron and Steelcase Leap. This chair, in my opinion, is as good as those chairs.

I am so very pleased with this chair. And the price is so reasonable. I recommend buying one from Walmart before they run out. The chair is extremely well made, and has adjustments to accommodate almost any buyer.

wouldnt recommend

Had this chair for 3 years now, been looking to replace it already for almost 2 of those years. Half the mechanics started failing after a year and the posturing of it has not been great. At the time of purchase was great for the price but didnt not hold up well

Had this chair in the past so figured I would buy it again.

We bought shelves from Walmart before, and also purchased a couple of these chairs. Although they are available on Amazon, the price at Walmart is better. The chair arrived on time, packaged well, and came with good instructions… making it easy to assemble. What more could we ask for?

Decent chair for the price. It's no Hermann Miller, but you'll buy a few of these before one used Hermann Miller. It's got quite a fair amount of adjustment. The back rest tilts independently of the seat, which also tilts. The seat section also moves forward or backward laterally.

A Chair with Unbeatable Value and Customer Service

This chair is an amazing value. Not only is it comfortable, high quality, and ergonomic (rivals the char at my office which I'm sure is 3x more), but the customer service behind the product is outstanding. I had my chair for about 18 months and probably a couple months before that noticed that the left arm pad kept creaking even after I got up from the chair. I finally decided to contact the manufacturer and found them to be incredibly friendly and helpful. They ended up sending me a whole new replacement arm and now the creaking noise is completely gone. I highly recommend this chair and the company behind it.

Fabric on the seat cushion does not stay in place

Too small for me

Although the construction and materials of the chair are fine, it is not a chair for large and tall people. I am 6'4" 185 lbs and the arms are too narrow and do not raise up high enough making my shoulders ache. The back also does not raise up high enough to make it a comfortable fit for me. Materials seem well made and it is a pretty solid chair, shame they do not have a larger size. I will be returning after 1 week of trial.

Savior Chair

The comfort impact that the chair has made on sitting at a computer all day is immense. PLUS -- Walmart's price was substantially cheaper than ANY other website (in some cases over $150.00 for exact same model).

I'm so pleased with this chair, especially because it didn't cost a fortune! My husband put it together quickly and without issue. I am 5' 4" and it is perfectly adjustable for me--good back support and the arm adjustment is perfect for my desk height. Very, very pleased with this purchase!

Best ever for me!!

This is the best chair that I have ever owned. My hip and back pain went away after 3 days .I would never have thought a desk chair would make so much difference. Its an amazingchair for under $ 200.

Love this chair, but it doesn't go low enough for short people to touch the ground. It's also really heavy. If the wheels stop running smoothly it will be hard to move because I have a back injury.

Mangled mess

I love paying to have garbage shipped to my house. The chair is just haphazardly tossed into a box with 0 padding. Surprise surprise all of the metal pieces are bent. Surprisingly the box itself doesn't look too bad. I wonder if someone returned this bent garbage and they just repackaged it.

Good ergonomics, terrible seat cushion.

This is my second time ordering this chair. The first one was great and I got years of use of it. I am at my computer all day and night so needed a 7/24 chair. The foam in the first one was supportive and was a joy to sit on. This new one looks the same, but the foam is different. It hurts to sit on it right from the git go. Change back to the old/original foam and make it a 7/24 chair again.The ergonomics of the chair are great. I'm 6' 225 lbs for reference. If you're a small, light female the seat foam may be enough for you. In the first one I could not push down the foam with my hand to feel the bottom. On this one I can. My guess is they used less and a lighter weight foam to cut coasts. I'd rather pay the few dollars more for a great foam and have a chair I love and will buy repeatedly. I won't be buying this one a third time unless WM or the mfg reaches out to replace the seat cushion. Less

Good chair for the money, worth buying.

This is a good chair, there's no denying that but after using it for a few months now and sitting in it for hours every day I'm wishing it was a little easier to adjust the settings and that the whole chair was a little lighter. I find setting the tilt of the seat very hard to do just rite, it probably takes me at least 5 different tries to get it to where i feel OK. I also would like the layback or the rock back you can get when you push on the back to be a little looser. Other than that the cushioning and support are just fine, the adjustable arms are great and the wheels move this heavy chair easily and quietly over the floor.

Great, affordable, comfortable home office chair

This is a great chair that is very comfortable and very adjustable to fit whatever way you want to sit. I do court transcripts in my spare time and had a non-adjustable chair that wasnt terribly comfortable. It was also easy to set up as well.

Broken, hard to return

Poor packaging, delivered broken, now I have to cart this heavy thing to the store during COVID
