Quality Oushak rug at a rock bottom price.

This is my second Oushak rug from Safavieh (and overstock) and this one doesn't disappoint. We are completely renovating my entire home and now was the time to upgrade from my cheaper rugs to something more quality. Our designer recommend the Oushak style, due to the low pile and timeless aspect. I originally viewed Oushak rugs locally and they ranged from 5,000 to 12,000 in this particular size and I just could not pull the trigger on something that expensive that were walk on and I would potentially spill wine on since it will be in our formal living room. In came this beautiful rug, it was beyond well priced and the quality is equally as amazing as the Oushak rugs I viewed locally. I was blown away. The colors are pretty close to what you see online, its a beautiful light grey/blue with a brownish beige boarder. My home is extremely neutral and this rug will be beautiful on our dark hickory floors against the white dove built ins. I quickly unwrapped it prior to putting it in storage as we are mid remodel so I don't have it fully styled yet. This beautiful rug will live in our formal living room once we are done.

It is beautiful! The colors are rich and subtle at the same time (if that makes any since). It's soft under foot. I'm happy with my purchase.
