Color was wrong & didn’t match websites

The rug was not the same color as shown on the website or the view in your room examples so I had to return it. I ordered both and 8x10 and 2x3. The colors for the 2x3 were as expected but the color way for the 2 rugs did not match each other. Otherwise quality was nice.

Never got a bad rug from Wayfair!!

spot on for us with the advertised coloring, enjoy it for our space. Comfortable even without a pad. It does have some “distressing”/fading areas that are intentional; however one spot mega bugs us since it is way lighter than the other faded areas, looks like a defect, but decided to live with it.

Nice weight and feel underfoot. Background color is a tad dull; like cement, but overall works for our space. Super quick delivery.

Wish I could give this no stars. The chemical odor from this rug was overpowering. Also, the picture online makes it look like the contrast color was green, but it was quite blue. Had to return it.

I have purchased four of these rugs in the ivory/aqua version. They are incredibly durable and beautiful. I cannot emphasize this enough. I like this pattern and the quality of rug so much that I have four different sizes! Very happy with the delivery as well.

LOVE this rig and pattern so much we now have three- a runner a small May and a 4x6. High quality and really nice to walk on. We'll added. This grey color doesn't show the dirt easily. The pattern is very hip. This brand is excellent.

I love this thick,plush, beautiful runner so much I am ordering another one. It looks better in person. The contrast of the teal and gray makes this rug. Minimal shedding!

Wife and I are really happy with the quality of this product. It arrived extremely fast, and laid out almost immediately. We purchased other rugs from a local shop that still have wrinkles weeks after laying them down, but this brand is excellent, Lays down immediately with excellent pile and cushion. I highly recommend.

Exactly as Houzz said it would be. Thick, soft, colors as stated and shown. Looks very nice in my home hallway.

Returned. Color is different in person

I don't know if I received a bad batch but my rug was substantially darker than what I ordered. So much so that I questioned whether or not the rug was dirty because it was so dark. Needless to say I returned it. I really wanted to love this rug, I had it in my shopping cart for a year before I made the decision to buy it and I'm so disappointed.

I love these rugs! I purchased 2 runners for my upstairs landing & they are perfect. The quality is really awesome, very thick and sturdy but soft on the feet!

This rug is beautiful! It came very well packaged in multiple layers of plastic and cardboard. Once unwrapped it rolled out perfectly flat. The colors are beautiful- the only thing I noticed is that from the picture it appeared slightly lighter. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the rug.
