After absolutely loving this tub for 15 months after install, it has become nothing short of a headache. In March, I noticed water on the floor after taking a bath. I had the plumber come out and he took the bathtub outside and filled it with water to be sure there was no cracks. He them replaced the washers on the drain, still leaked. He replaced the entire drain...still leaked. Has anyone else had issues with it leaking?

Wayfair sent the wrong tub. Supposed to be matte finish and it’s shiny. Doesn’t match my other items and we left it in the box for a month while we finished our new house and they said it’s outside of the 30 day window so they e is nothing they can do.

Great acrylic tub. If you don’t want to invent in a heavy freestanding tub (or are like us and don’t use the tub often) this is a great solution to update your bath. It’s on the smaller size - if you are over 6-ft this is not the tub/size for you. The bottom is completely fat so you don’t lose any space like you can with some styles.

What is the most upsetting is the description says matte black and this tub is shiny, very shiny. I was also sent the wrong shaped tub. Pictured, the sides curve out a bit, like a bowl. The tub I received has an angled side. It feels like the cheap 90s fiberglass we ripped out. I could not be more disappointed.

Tub looks beautiful! It arrived without any damage. Solid and light-weight. Tub drain and overflow hardware is in matte black. The exterior of the tub is actually on a glossy black finish. I did think the exterior was matte when I placed my order due to the product description on Wayfair. I was slightly disappointed at first to see the exterior was not matte finish. However, I do like the glossy finish as well. I suggest Wayfair change the wording in their item description to clearly state the tub has an overall glossy finish and the hard ware for the drain and overflow are in matte finish. Can’t wait to get the tub installed in my master bathroom. I will post pics once it’s installed .
