The barstools are ordered were beautiful and color and texture, but one had a slight warp in it and I had to ask the company to send me an extra foot padding.

Beautiful chair but know what you're buying.

I ordered the brushed option. It's rough to the touch, almost like a very fine sandpaper. When you sit, it's impossible to slide along the surface, it catches your clothing. I'm somewhat curious if this will damage my pants over time or if I'll just naturally buff out the surface. It also catches on my cotton t-shirt ever so slightly. So if I sit back and move around, I can feel/hear it catching against the fabric. Again, this is subtle, but different than a wood or a polished metal if that's what you're expecting. Also, the pictures all show glides on the feet that are round and shiny. But the chair actually comes with square, white, semi-clear glides that sit very slightly larger than the width/depth of the square legs. They are a rubber-like material.Still a wonderful chair and beautiful to look at. Just know what you're getting when you order.

The best counter stools we have ever had!

These Emeco Navy Stools couldn't be more perfect! They are light weight and yet very stable and very sturdy. They fit perfectly at my kitchen island. I am going to order two more.
