Buyer beware

This rug looks five shades lighter in person than any product photos, and the pattern looks almost pixilated.

We found this for $400 cheaper on wayfair. Yahoooo.

This is a floor mat, not a rug. Please pay careful attention to the close up photos - this is like the kind of mat that you dry dishes on. It has absolutely no pile whatsoever. It's like a spongy floormat with a synthetic fabric surface upon which a digital image has been printed to look like an oriental rug. If that'w what you want - it's perfect - but we were expecting a rug with low pile.

Absolutely love this rug - it is the perfect colors and soft on our feet. Got the premium pad for underneath and that helps.

Terrible quality

This rug was terribly pixelated and wasn't anywhere near the quality of the other rugs from this same brand I own. I called to return it and was informed it would be $150 to return. I explained the situation, sent photos over and was denied the return at their cost even though the product was faulty. Here is the email I received:

Poor quality and awful fabric

Love this rug! True to color and it has a good thickness to it with a great backing. It is a “digital print” of the pattern on the rug, but it doesn’t look too fake. For an inexpensive rug, looks great!
