We had these tiles installed on shower walls in the master bath and guest bath. We had the same tiles in our 2 previous homes as well. They are beautiful and very low maintenance.

Great tile, horrible shipping.

Tile is gorgeous, and the quality is good for the price point. Ordered the 12x12 tile in the white marble look to go with a checker style for our laundry room. I had no issues with the “reserva alto” 12x12 grey tiles that we selected but the white was an issue right off the bat. Had lots of issues with shipping/reported damage which has delayed our project due to extended wait times to receive the product. Took about 4 weeks longer to fix the issues and finally receive our order.

Product itself was great but EVERY tile was badly broken upon delivery at my house. The entire box had to be returned and now I wait to see if more will be in stock soon. Box was either badly packaged or the delivery people mishandled the box.

Product again, but I am disappointed with the NFM follow up

The product was wonderful. The installation was a nightmare and continues to be a nightmare. Installer accidentally drilled through the copper pipe. Walked off the job, basically had a nervous breakdown and began crying. Water came down into the dining room area and all over the wood floor. We did not have running water in the house for 2 days. I am still sitting here with a hole in my ceiling and have had to hire 2 plumbing companies as well as ServPro to dry out the rafters. Repairs are continuing this week Oct 2, 2023 to install new sheet rock and remud the ceiling.I have had a NFM card for 50 years and never have had this type of service.

I ordered the white and also the gray Emser tile to finish my half bath, laundry room, and pantry. The tile is beautiful in person. My only complaint is the white and the gray are slightly different sizes…maybe an 1/16 inch off. My tile guy was concerned but made it work. I love the classic pattern it resulted in! ❤️

I searched everywhere for 12x12 tiles for a checkered pattern in our mudroom to no avail. These were the perfect white tile find. The gray were initially lighter than I wanted but it turned out great. Highly recommend.

I had to return it and order the 12X24 size tiles for our project. It is a nice looking tile and good quality for the price range.

We purchased a porcelain tile for our hallway shower walls. It chipped when the installer had to cut it, don't think that he used a wet saw to cut it. Love the tile, just didn't like the tile job that he did. Didn't have an edger tile to go around the tub either so had to use a metal trim. Didn't caulk around it, until we asked him to come back to do it because it left a gap between the tile, metal piece, and the wall....didn't look good.
