I bought this for my grandson four years ago as a baby shower gift. It is still going strong!! My son‘s family is now using it for their baby girl. This bookshelf is no joke, durable and fun.

We used these to place in between little reading books. Adorable and our kids love them (prek/primary school). The shelves hold a variety of sizes and look great.

ADORABLE AND STURDY NURSERY BOOK SHELF

We absolutely adore this bookcase! We used it in our first's nursery and received so many compliments on it which led to others buying it for themselves. Then, we repurposed it for our second's nursery and love it even more now. Sturdy, cute, holds lots of books and stuffies, and would certainly recommend!

Unique, easy to install book shelf

Adorable little bookshelf that adds some whimsy to a child’s room. This book shelf is very unique and goes perfectly in a woodland themed room. It was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It does need to be drilled in the wall to ensure it doesn’t fall. The shelf spacing is a bit varied so some shelves will only fit very small books. The varied size makes it difficult to quickly put books away, as you have to put them back in puzzle-like manner, making sure to get the right fit. That small inconvenience aside, this book shelf holds a lot of books overall and makes them easy to reach for kids as well.

Worth the Wait

It took us a whopping 5 months to get this bookcase delivered after purchasing, but once it finally arrived, it was perfect! We have the Babyletto crib in "washed natural" and really wanted a bookcase that matches the finish. The bookcase perfectly fits our nursery's forest theme and can hold a TON of books of different sizes. Little odds-and-ends also look great on the "branches." So happy with this purchase!

Has the perfect look for my modern woodland nursery theme. I also liked the idea of a bookshelf that is anchored to the wall. My two issues were these:

Soild wood loved the grey. Going to look great in my sons room. Gave 4 stars as it came with some imprint nicks on one uderside but the other is on top. No paint is removed so hope its not too noticeable. It did have a REALLY strong paint odor.UPDATE* you can NOT hang this is you have baseboards. I just cut mine the width of the tree for a perfect fit and less hanging holes plus no extra trips to stores for L brackets.

Im in love with the tree bookshelf for my grandchildren’s playroom!! It is sturdy (heavy), its style is timeless and will coordinate with any number of themes. Branches were very easy to assemble. Be warned, it must be carefully secured as this is a very heavy piece of furniture and should not be left to stand alone - a child would get hurt. Because of the baseboard, we mounted onto the tree trunk and in a stud, the two brackets you see in the pic. They worked great and no fear of injury. White Spruce Tree Bookcase

This bookcase was a great surprise because the shelves are actually larger than we thought. It is darling in a baby's room and holds a lot of books, secures to the wall. We got it as a group gift for a friend and she was very pleased! She is a teacher and part of her gifts were books from each of us. Novel idea!

Really love the look of it and the sturdiness of it. The only thing is that I don't like how it attaches to the wall, it doesn't take into account that pretty much every room has baseboards so the trunk of the tree sits away from the wall and then gets closer toward the top. The wall attachments were set too low to accommodate for this issue. I ended up moving the lowest attachment to the third lowest limb which worked a little better but still not very secure to the wall.

Love

I absolutely love this book case. It’s so cute and unique. The wood is very sturdy and actually heavier than I thought. It was pretty easy to put together. My husband did have to go buy some additional screws because the ones it comes with are not good. We also have baseboards so that was a challenge but we made it work. Overall I love the product.

I love the way it looks but was extremely disappointed once we first started to put it together. It would not adhere to the wall with the screws included because of our baseboard. My Dad is a handy man and went to the hardware store to get something called "Bear Claw Hanger w/anchors" by Hangman (holds up to 80 lbs) for a few bucks. He used these in place of the ones that came with it and it worked perfectly (baseboard in the way and all)!! We have about 50 books stacked all over it and it hasn't budged. I tried wiggling it and it is very secure. I hope this helps others because I was devastated when I thought we were going to have to return it.

Charming, Safe, and Sturdy

I was concerned about the process of mounting these to the wall, but it was a lot easier than I thought. We bought two and have had them in 2 homes now with different background colors, and they always look great. They are the first things that people notice in my daughters' rooms and I always get asked about where I got them. We use them for books, decor, stuffed animals, etc. and I've also added grass, leaves, and blossoms peel and stick wall decals around them at times. I highly recommend them.

Cute but hard to install

This bookshelf is adorable, but it is much larger and heavier than I expected. I love that it is solid wood so I am OK with the heaviness except that I feel the screws and anchors that it comes with are too flimsy to hold it to the wall - especially for a tall peice of furniture in our playroom where our babies are crawling around - still trying to find a good/better installation solution. I really love the idea and look of this piece, I just wish the installation was more practical, easy and safe.

A compliment attractor!

We got this beautiful bookshelf in green for our children's playroom and, once installed, we have received many compliments on it. It's very sturdy due to its weight and heavy construction of the branches. I certainly recommend hitting the stud when attached to the wall. It's a nice size bookshelf that holds quite a few books and makes things accessible for two little girls. Great product!

Dangerous!

Don't buy this. The mounting hardware that comes with this item is insufficient for the product weight. Also, it's so heavy that it's impossible to get it to mount! Came out of the wall and fell on my hardwood flooring, permanently damaging it. Luckily none of my children were injured! The manufacturer was basically very unhelpful in rectifying this, this is disappointing considering I purchased an entire suite of Babyletto products for my new baby's room. Don't buy this!
