[Rewarded Review] Beautiful, heavy duty privacy screen with planter
I enjoy this outdoor privacy screen with planter box more than expected! There are so many places it could be useful. It came very well packaged and even before opening you could smell the fragrant cedar wood. All of the pieces of wood and metal were of high quality and well made. Installation took a bit of time but overall was easy and instructions were clear. It is best to do with a helper. I really like the slatted wood look and beautiful color. It stands about six feet tall; I live near the ocean and it's often windy and have no concern that this will tip over as it's quite heavy duty. It comes with a thick liner, so the wood is protected from whatever one decides to place in box. The price point seems appropriate. I look forward to using this for years to come and would definitely recommend to a friend.

When i received this planter box i didn’t expect too much. This planter has far exceeded my expectations and is a very nice addition for a little privacy and to be able to have a few flowers by my basement door. Assembly is sort of complicated due to the instruction manual being unclear. The manual needs to be a lot clearer and the QR code that leads to a video would be a lot handier if it went into more detail and a lot slower.The manual states all you need is a drill and a Phillips bit which is true but also have a measuring tape handy. I recommend organizing all the pieces by the corresponding labeling letter and assembly will go a lot smoother. The pieces aren’t individually labeled so that’s where the measuring tape will come in handy.also pay attention to the tongue and groove pieces and how they are oriented. I assembled myself in my back yard and once assembled it’s a little awkward to move by yourself. Overall I’m very happy with this planter and would recommend it to anyone and as an added bonus the cedar smell is a nice addition.

This is a very ingenious idea. Privacy Beauty with the pleasant aroma of Cedar. This is a very sturdy item. You can place white rocks in the box or plant your favorite flowers. For the adventurous you can even plant creeping flowers on this. The frame is aluminum which will not rot. The box sides uses a tongue and groove design. The privacy section has the tabs to give separation. The bag is designed to hold moisture but let the water out so you will not have plant rot.

This was well packaged. For once, the directions were pretty clear with pictures of the boards n parts as you go through. Its important that you assemble on a flat surface because the first sets of boards are raised up 3/4 of an inch on the plastic spacers. The boards and tracks are grooved so you can only put them in the right way. All you need is a drill eith Phillips bit for assembly. It took about 20 minutes to put together. Its pretty light, but large. I used a dolly to move it to its forever home. It is cedar, but i recommend setting it off the ground on some pavers, and possibly using some deck sealer in the plant box before you fill with dirt to extend the life of the wood.

This was easy to assemble, but the manual is not great. I made a few mistakes following the manual because parts of the manual need a bit more detail to make it easier to assemble. I would recommend that you layout the wood pieces out ahead of time and mark them with a piece of paper with the letter identifier that is in the manual because it is not marked in anyway on the wood parts. If you do that it would make it a lot easier and quicker to assemble. I have never touch this model before and it took me a 2 hrs to put together if I had to do it again it should only take about an hour. It has a nice cedar smell coming out of the box that filled up the house, yes I built it in the house then moved it (I like my AC and not being in direct sunlight). I would recommend this and will be a nice addition to the backyard this coming late winter planting.

The Concord 6 ft. H x 3.4 ft. W x 2.2 ft L Cedar Wood Flat Top Privacy Fence Screen Panel with Planter Box looks very pretty but is kind of a pain to put together. It would be nice if they labeled each piece with a small sticker or something. The product seems sturdy enough but the wood chips easily. the metal corner pieces really set this apart great for someone with a small yard of balcony. To be honest not the biggest fan of this product.

I do love this planter box for a variety of reasons. The cedar wood has a great smell and does have a nice light stain finish on it. The light stain and the black metal posts give it a very striking and appealing look. It is 40-3/4” wide x 73” high x 26-1/2” deep. The height helps screen off the background and give some privacy. All these are great features.

This privacy planter is well made and sturdy. I was a little skeptical when assembling it, but once it was fully built, it is solid. My favorite feature is the fact that it is a true 6 ft tall, so it matches our fence height, and also that it is cedar, which is naturally rot resistant. We are using it to block our trash cans from the front yard view and plan to put in some vining flowers come spring. This would also be a great option for strawberries or grapes. One thing that I will say is it is lighter than expected, so if you plan on using it for storage, be sure to put a few heavy bricks or pavers in the bottom for stability.

I am loving the Concord six foot Cedar Wood Flat Top Privacy Fence Screen Panel with Planter Box. It was easy to assemble. It is bigger that expected and love the privacy panel. The planter box is big and is 190 quarts and I can't wait to add some fall flowers. Perfect for porches, decks, hiding trashcans while adding a nice outdoor decor to your house.

This privacy fence/planter is beautiful! As soon as I opened the box, I could smell the cedar! Everything looks to be good quality. It went together fairly easy as well. One thing that could definitely be improved is the packaging of the product. All of the wood was loose in the box with no labels. Some of it was mixed in. It made assembling the unit go a lot slower than it needed to go, because I had to measure and count out everything. Other than the packaging troubles, it's a great planter! It comes with a really nice, thick liner. It's a great upgrade to my backyard!

Got this for mom and of course it wasn’t exactly like she wanted so I had to cut the width down to 18”. Not a huge deal. Anyways this think is pretty straightforward once u get moving, just don’t lose the spacers you’ll need them at the end for the privacy screen part. I would say that I find this to be a little price for what it is but each board had to be notched to slide into the respective frame so I guess it makes sense. Anyways only the test of time will show how this thing holds up. The hardware that came with it seems a bit underwhelming to be outside year round but we shall see. I received my Concord six foot privacy screen and planter box today. Everything was well packaged and undamaged. I strongly recommend that you have someone help you with the assembly process. I did do it by myself and it was alot harder than it had to be. Assembly did go smoothly, with all pieces fitting snuggly. It is very nice and attractive on my patio. However the quality of the wood slats is sub-par. Alot of pieces were already cracked on opening the box. During construction pieces of wood easily chipped off the wood. If you would have used higher quality wood the planter/screen would be perfect.
