This was such a nightmare. When I looked it up online, I thought it was the shower with walls and doors. When it came, it did not have walls so I called the online department and she told me an affirmed that it did have walls so I had to pay for another shower Before I could even get a refund on my other one and had that shipping to me. Then I went to the store to buy a faucet for my shower and ended up finding out that that did not come with walls. It was only the shower basin and the shower door kit . No walls! So then I had to call and cancel the second shower, still had not got my money back for the first shower and had to purchase a third shower. So by that time I had about $3600 tied up in showers and had none in my possession. The first one we tried to get picked up and it sat in my driveway for about 2 to 3 weeks waiting for someone to come and pick it up. I scheduled it three times and no one ever came. The one that I had canceled, they even tried to deliver it. Thank goodness I was here and was able to deny the delivery.I . Finally, my husband and I went to the store and had to talk to a store manager about getting the first shower picked up from my house. After a bit of discussion, he said he would pick it up the next day. And he did. This was by far my worst experience ever in any retail establishment!

Wow...this is a fabulous shower door! Nice magnetic door and sleek lines. Love the linear drain. Only one little thing to complain about...the cover for the drain is not white to match the tray. It's grey and should be white thus only 4 stars. BUT, all in all a great buy.

Horrible Design, Instructions and NOT SAFE

First off instructions show the door being held into the wall track by ITSELF. NOPE, needs to be drilled in later on by tiny screws. Also your heavy 8MM thick glass door is held in by silicone. Amount recommended is "good amount". It has fallen out 3 times in our attempt of install, luckily we noticed it every time. Called support and they have only 1 person to help with the Pasadena model. Don't buy this model, buy a Tampa PRO or the newer one with a better design.
