The doors were not the designated size. They were too narrow for the base. The hardware was missing pieces. Very disappointed in the whole experience. The website did not have in large enough print that the walls were not included. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied with my shower door

Advertised as a shower kit with door and shower pan. It’s only the shower pan and door. Did not include the walls for the shower. Does not state it doesn’t include the walls. Once I picked this up from the store I’ve had a very difficult time finding walls for it.

Purchased what is supposed to be a 54x36 shower kit only to find out that it just the door and pan!! Why does it show up when searching for shower surround and shower walls??? Plus you don't even offer a surround to fit it! If the pieces were listed instead of it saying "kit", I wouldn't have purchased. We went and purchase tile and will do that, but save people some issues and label it what it is. Customer service sucked at pick up and while trying to find walls.

The item was very deceiving even to the Ins store clerk that sold it to me it said shower kit I am sending it back you people should revise how you word your add Im not picking it up. You can deal with that. And want to be refunded Immediately

Tampa Shower Door, Good not Great

Door is of course made in China. It is good quality. The problem is mine goes to 46+ inches and needed the upper braces to keep the door from pulling itself out of the channel. The "Engineer" claims the under 10 inch side panel the door attaches to does not need the upper brackets. The installer and I Vehemently dissagree! So customer service can supply me with the 2 brackets at no cost which is great. But in a month and a half as they are on Back Order. Wonder why? I like the door, but do not recommend it unless it comes with the upper support brackets. My new shower is now on hold until the brackets arrive. Hope this helps!

Clean-looking good quality product

Overall I'm very satisfied by this shower/pan assembly. Once it was installed, it looks really clean. I did the installation myself and it took me about 6-7 hours to make sure everything was fitting correctly and aligned properly. I'd buy this kit again. Really good value from others I've seen on the market today

Base has screw on outer lip, cheap plastic feel.

Terrible design of the shower pan. The point of a shower pan is to have a sealed base that collects all water from the walls. This pan is flat, it does not have a built in lip that goes under the concrete board walls. The lip is a separate piece that has to be screwed onto the base and siliconed.

This shower leaks!!!

I had my bathroom done over and was so excited, because it took 20 years. Well this shower door was installed and the door leaks at the corner where it shuts. My contracter has over 40 years of experance. I called the company and they send me a new seal for bottom of the door. And guess what it still leaks. My contracter called OVE decor and they send him new seals for the door, magnetic seal, yep and guess what it still leaks. Now the OVE decors want me to take a picture and send in an email for their tech to look at it. How can you see the leak through a picture? JUNK!!!! Now I'm screwed.

This door was so very difficult to install. The instructions were not very clear and they don't show pictures well enough to explain that if you are doing the opposite setup or mirror of what it shows, then the pieces are not the same. If all the pieces would have been labeled, it would have made a huge difference and would have kept us from making any mistakes. It is also not designed very well, who designes a door so that the main piece that bears all the weight with the door and hinges, doesn't have more support other than silicone and screws that hold the frame only. The support bar that went on the other side of the fixed panel should have also been made for the side that holds the door. While this door looks nice, I'm not overall happy with it, thankfully we got installed and it works, for now.

Door arrived missing several parts. From what I can tell, the company knew the parts were missing because they gave instruction in the installation guide to call them for missing parts. Don't buy!

So Far - Not a happy Install

We chose this unit because we did not have a vertical level surface on one side.

Incorrect Parts!

Beware, the image above is what you will get. This is not the same as the instructions (which are structurally sound). The image here has the small panel (that only require glue to the wall, no screws) attached to the door. The instructions show the door attached to the large panel as it should be. Ours came with the pre-drilled holes for the door attachment in the small panel, forcing the install incorrectly. OVE is ignoring calls and telling me it is not their fault.

Solid, sturdy product. Would buy again.

Great features!

This is a beautiful shower and really transformed my bathroom! The shower is well made and well designed. We selected black hardware but there are other color options. I love the look; it’s modern and exactly what we were going for. Installation was simple and straightforward too.
