Don't buy it!

False advertising! I had every reason to believe that this shower kit was complete with a shower base, three walls, and a door. The price was certainly high enough to include all that. But not so! No walls at all! When my installers discovered this truth, I quickly found walls that would work. But the instructions for installing the door didn't work. My installers had to improvise, but finally got it to fit. I paid a truly high monetary price for this in supplying different walls and extra pay for installers.

Bought this door and shower pan to go with the Delta surround it did not work at all will be returning. It’s really unfortunate that you can’t buy a door without the shower pan but neither fit.

Waited 8 days beyond expected delivery date.

Description states shower kit. You only get the door and shower pan. The surround is not included. This does not make this a kit. Very deceiving.

Don’t order this unit. It does not come with instructions and Wayfair is completely worthless for product support getting them to send instructions, so you’ll end up with a very expensive shower unit you can’t install unless if you’re a genius and you can figure it out on your own. The manufacturer is of no use either in getting instructions. I now have a very expensive, unusable shower unit.

I would give these 5 stars if the instructions were labeled a little better. My contractor and I spent about an hour looking for these two tiny pieces that weren’t included in the shrink packaging. Additionally, the plastic pieces that go on the door and joining glass panel are labeled as separate lettered pieces even though they are exactly the same. We had cut one of the pieces thinking it was extra and then my contractor had to order a replacement part from Canada which will likely take weeks to arrive… so everything is finished in our new bathroom except for this…

The shower kit is OK, but my Special thanks to Stacy and Jacie of North Windham for getting my shower kit out to the car. That wasn’t their job, but everybody else was tied up. I needed help and they Took the time to do it.

The shower pan is cheap and flimsy. I needed help with something and their customer service was terrible! Wouldn’t buy Ove brand again!!!

Very pleased with this shower kit, although the directions could be a little better
