Not sure this is a good purchase

I don’t like that you have to spend almost an extra 100 on a pump. I was able to make it work without it but still annoyed. It’s not a quick up and down like a hard collapsible and I’m kinda regretting that bc I think my dog will puncture this within 30 days. We’re practicing gentle in it. Something about this material and maybe the den feeling makes her dig like crazy. I wouldn’t do this for dogs under 2. Mines 1. Main thing is will it last and will it keep her safe which.. can’t answer yet. She took to it quickly and I was able to inflate it… and I need something collapsible for my car. That’s the only reason I’m keeping it but not buying again if it pops. By the way they require you to keep the packaging to use the warranty… so great if you have a large home/ garage I guess.

Buy a Ruffland Instead

I really wanted to like this kennel, but it is just not as safe or effective as I was hoping. My biggest problem with it is that the tie down points on the kennel are on the bottom of it rather than the top. This made it really hard to secure the kennel given the location of my tie down points in my car, and results in the kennel bouncing and shifting when turning or hitting bumps regardless.

Great for frequent travel

I purchased in Oct 2023, since then I have been very happy with the ease of installation, pack up, convenience of always having a portable crate. I use it for sleepovers at my parents who also have a dog. The only thing I notice is that over time the crate deflates. If the air could stay at the same level for longer periods would be great. My dog is also super reactive in the car, some sort of breathable but visibility cover would be nice as an add on. He sees very clearly from the inside and barks any chance he gets, hence my reason for getting a travel crate to keep him secure and away from windows. I use a lightweight towel to cover it with AC blasting, not ideal but sort of works for now.

Constant valve/air problems

I wanted to love this travel kennel. I had bought a large in July. In the 7 months of owning, I have had to get 3 replacements sent to me because of constant air loss issues. This kennel is supposed to be inflated and deflated for ease of use in your car which is why I bought it in the first place but I have had so many issues with having the kennel for a few months and then one day the valve is broken and it no longer will hold the air. This idea is awesome but I feel there are too many flaws. I just got my 3rd replacement 3 weeks ago and I bought a new car, I went to put the new kennel in and low and behold once I pumped up and pulled the pump out, immediately the air came rushing out. At this point I don't want a replacement. I have reached out for a refund and a box to send this kennel back. I would highly recommend other hard kennels out there before this one as you are paying so much for it and its frustrating to have constant issues.

Great travel crate to pack and take with on overnight trips. Very compact when loaded to go. My pup adjusted very easily and slept great! Highly recommend

Two in one

We bought the crate before the air pump was released. We tried to use a non Diggs air pump but it was faulty, so we wound up waiting for the Diggs one to come out before we could use the crate. I do wish there was an electric pump option as I’m disabled and operating the manual is hard for me. But it’s a one time thing, so not a deal breaker.

Money wasted

I have a 9 lb Cavapoo that was in this crate for 2 hours and ate through it

I ordered the Medium Sized Eventur Inflatable Crate.

Great product but….

It fit perfectly in the SUV but unfortunately blocked the line of site to the back window. I was okay with it but my husband was not. I ended up returning it and the customer service was fantastic though!

Fantastic travel crate

Great travel crate for an anxious rescue. Long car trips are no longer a challenge, and our pupper is now able to vacation with us despite having very high anxiety. She had a small amount of initial adjustment but after that she has been happy traveling with us around town, or even on longer road trips. Highly recommend.

I want to like this crate but...

The zipper separated on our first outing in the car. Even though it’s incredibly sturdy, the zipper didn’t withstand any pawing or pressure from our little Aussie when she was ready to disembark. It separated immediately and continues to do so whenever we try to use it. Overall I think this is WAY too pricey and still has some kinks to work out.

Great Kennel

This item is great! This week we were out shopping and forgot to take the kennel out of the vehicle. We had a full load and pushed the deflate button and in 2 seconds the kennel was deflated and we were able to fit all of our stuff and the kennel in the vehicle. Our dog Rocky loves riding in it as well.

Light weight, easy to use

Loved being able to travel with this! Easy plane carry on for flying with our pup!

Secure crate

We love this crate. Set up is easy. The crate is so light but sturdy. It makes traveling with our dog safe and convenient.

The BEST travel crate!

The first use of the crate was seamless. Taking it out of the box and inflating it took a latter of minutes and was so easy to attach to the back of my SUV and light to be able to transport it to a second floor inflated and without assistance. Our 5 year old Vizsla was apprehensive at first when she jumped in, but since has loved her new travel crate. Looking forward to many road trips ahead!

Amazing customer service

I purchased the Enventur travel crate, and had a problem with the initial crate losing air. When I contacted them, they responded within a couple of hours (on a Sunday I might add), and shortly after that it was determined this was a warranty claim and a new crate was shipped to me immediately.

Great product but not for all SUVs

I couldn’t wait to receive this travel crate and was excited when I tried it out. If you’re the owner of a large SUV or a mid sized one and plan to put this crate on a bench seat/ lay down your seats, you’ll be fine. Unfortunately, it won’t fit in my mid sized SUVs trunk. At first I assumed this was just because of the type of car I have (a Chevy Equinox). However, as I am in the process of buying a new car, I took it with me to a few dealerships intending to try it before buying. I tried it out in a Chevy Blazer, Toyota RAV4 and a Subaru Forester. I had the same issue in all three. The crate technically “fits” but smushes tightly into the window and doesn't let the trunk come down normally with the close button which makes me nervous. Now I’ll have to return it because I don’t want to buy a 3 row SUV and I can’t fit the crate on the 2nd row bench seat due to children. Overall this crate is an amazing idea and very very sturdy but just not the right shape for SUV trunks. To prevent others from experiencing this same problem, it may be worth adding a list on the website of what SUVs will fit each sized crate in their trunks.

Great impact proof crate

It was very easy to set up with the Enventur pump. It’s taking my dog a while to get used to it because it is less open than his other crates but I think he’ll be fine.

This kennel will work great in our Class B Camper Van!

I wanted to find a safe kennel for traveling with our two Jack Russell Terrier mix dogs. This is the one! We have taken three short trips to the park already and they are doing great! Looking forward to more impromptu trips with our dogs!

First of its kind but needs a few improvements

The crate itself is impressive, it’s extremely light yet sturdy is is perfectly suited to be the travel.crate we needed. My two critiques are: 1) the smell when you open the crate (they do warn you of this) is quite strong and even after setting it up and airing it out a few days it was still strong so I worry it’s much more intense for my puppy and 2) the pump that you can purchase is not great quality and setting up the hose if quite tricky in connecting to both the crate and the pump. Overall the crate is fantastic but these modifications would elevate this crate to a 10/5
