Falls apart

I have had this trampoline for my daughter who is autistic and uses it to help her calm down. We have had the cheaper ones and they stayed together better than the epic. I have had to replace all the legs now 3 times and it is again needing replacement. I have called skywalker with absolutely no help. This is definitely a defective design as they break at the welds. I’m at an impass as I just replaced all the springs and mat but now all the legs need replacing. If you have ever tried replacing them once is enough. How about some help skywalker.

More Expensive Doesn't Always Mean Quality

I expected better long-term results from this trampoline. There are plenty of $300 trash trampolines at Walmart... I bought this for longevity and sturdiness. Unfortunately in only a few years of use (we take care of it and maintain it):

Manageable Assembly

Trampolines are not easy to assemble but the instructions were very clear and concise, very good quality!

Springs stretched after one season

I followed all the setup directions and we stored it before any heavy snow but about a third of the springs are stretched. The safety net also tends to slip past the mat latch onto the springs leaving enough space for small feet to get stuck. We are very disappointed. We thought this would be better quality than our last trampoline which lasted 5+ years.

Very pleased

Kids absolutely love it. Upgraded from a 10' round. The netting is great how there is not a gap around the jump pad to the springs. Brings all the other neighborhood kids. Be sure to stock up on chicken nuggets, tater tots, and juice boxes. The greatest part is to absolute number of hours spent outside NOT on a phone or tablet.

Great Trampoline

The trampoline was really easy to put together, you do need 2 people to hold the legs up while assembling, but you can do it under 2 hours. It is very spacious and seems very solid so far, no complaints, the kids love it, would recommend it.

Excellent quality trampoline

I was looking for a sturdy trampoline to withstand my sons high energy. It took about two hours to put together with two people. My sons three friends come over and all four of them have plenty of room to jump and move around.

I did a lot of research and checked out a lot of options before settling on this one. I'm not a small guy (210 lbs), and I wanted something that would allow me to jump with my kids. I admit I was still skeptical, but I'm thrilled with what I got. Each piece is solid. I can jump with all four of my kids and never feel like it's under too much stress. You can see in the picture that one of the supports for the net is missing since a small spring was faulty. I still need to contact the company about it but I'm optimistic about getting it remedied.

Skywalker trampoline

Large and sturdy. Kids love it.

Perfect size for my growing boys and their friends. It appears to be sturdy. I prefer the all black as it does not stand out as much as the blue, etc.

My hunny had this out together in about 1.5-2 hrs: Seems solid and prettier than most. My daughters agree it’s safer with the angled bars and the spring is extra bouncy.

Check all pieces before starting to build

Set up was fairly easy, but there was one connector piece that was missing a hole, we were 80% finished with the set up and kids were getting antsy so luckily we had a drill bit that would go through metal so we were able to get it to work. The size is is large but will be perfect as my children age.

Quality trampoline, great supports for the net.

Great quality and I really like the supports for the net enclosure. Springs needed some umph to get them installed. I would give 5 stars but the trampoline arrived missing two screws to hold the legs together. Overall, much better quality than the smaller one it replaced.

A trampoline where I can jump with my kids

We love it! This is our second trampoline and it has proven to exceed the other one. Other one was a different brand, 15 foot so a bit smaller, and only had a weight capacity of 250. The 400 lbs capacity on this one allows for my husband or I to jump with both kids. The bounce is great and the kids have practically lived on this thing since it was installed a week ago. The curved poles allow for a kid to hit the mesh side and not be in fear of hitting a metal pole. The net holds my 140 lb son when he jumps too high and goes diagonal on accident. My husband put this up by himself and as long as you pay attention to the pattern the instructions say to pull the springs in place, you will have no issues. There are loops around the top that all you to attach rope lights. I am sure they can hold other accessories that may come with this brand. Overall, we are really happy with this purchase. Best way to pull kids away from video games.
