Good chairs, but horrible customer service!

The chairs seem to be great. Their website and their customer service leave a lot to be desired!! Due to the poor title description online, I ordered chairs that would hold 440 lb people - not understanding that these chairs were for pre-school and early elementary school children. Yes, the info is in the specification, but not in the title nor apparent in their pictures. My order email stated I would be notified when the order was fulfilled. Nothing was sent out. My order arrived on a day when our location was closed , so on my day off, I had to scramble and run in to accept the order. If you make a mistake, you must ship these back as freight which is very expensive and difficult if you location does not normally ship products. It took over a month to get approval to waive their 35% restocking fee including unreturned phone calls and emails. Once they received the return, I had to call them to get them to begin the refund. I would love to just apply the balance to order the correct chairs, but no one will get in contact with me to do that either. Looking for another business to work with at this point. Less

After one day of use: Chairs are ergonomically comfy; came fully assembled and well wrapped. 20 minutes to unwrap all five chairs. They stack well, as advertised. We are pleased.

Purchase for my 100 year old FIL. He needed some hip support at the table. We added a thin cushion for skin protection. He is tiny so it worked out great to keep his feet on the floor but he can still reach the table.

We bought this chair for an obese friend who likes to sit in our sunroom when he visits. He said the chair is very comfortable. Moreover, we don’t have to worry about him getting injured in a chair that isn’t suitable or comfortable for him.

Great Chairs. Received them quickly. Delivery person was nice and even moved them where we needed them. They seem very sturdy. Great for adults and teens. Easy to clean and stack.

Company was useless, chair fell apart

I contacted the company (despite the ad showing 2 year parts warranty) - because after 2 uses, my son slide back a small way and fell off the chair because one of the legs completely bent during normal use. The company offered no help, claiming that they are just a distributor, then couldn’t help with any information on the manufacturer claiming they don’t have any contact information.

Great price and holds more weight than the others

The chairs are very light weight and stackable. I bought them for our lunch room which is in a manufacturing plant. They are rated for 800 lbs, which our other chairs were not. The price was cheaper than other brands as well.

GREAT CHILDS STACKABLE CHAIRS!

I purchased these stacking chairs for adults, I thought! I saw the weight capacity 440lb. and took it that they were for adults. THEY ARE CHILDS CHAIRS! Hey, anyone here will be able to use them, although a little lower. All the kids here will get a chair or two! Great for stowing and stacking until needed! The quality and price is amazing!

Best Chair Ever

I need a super strong chair to use when teleworking that would comfortably support me and not be vulnerable to scratches from my cats. I used to use Lifetime chairs but over the years two of them broke so clearly they didn't live up to a Lifetime of use. From the feel of this chair I really don't expect it to break anytime soon. Great purchase.

Very Sturdy

This chair is very sturdy and is true to the product description. I was particulary interested in the 880 lb weight capacity. My company has a high volume of people visiting and the weight capacity would make it more durable with constant use. The only reason I didn't order more is because it sits lower than what I need. Additionally, the back of the chair is somewhat reclined but comfortable.

Nice chair

Best thing about this chair is you didn't have to put it together. While it sits well, the way it is put together can throw your back out some. I have to use a small pillow behind me. But, for the price it is ok.I also had to make something to go on the bottom of the legs. It was too rough on my nice floors.But other than that. which are fairly minor it is a good enough chair.

Solid, sturdy product

Very happy I got this chair for my kindergartner. It's sturdy and a good height, with room for (his) growth. It's great value, and I see him sitting on it a lot. We use it with a table. This space is where he sometimes eats, writes, watches on his tablet and draws.

This chair came assembled in great condition. Is VERY STURDY. 100% pleased with this purchase.Please note this chair is a youth hair, NOT adult. Some reviews stated the chair was too small for an adult...it’s because it’s not for an adult. This chair will easily accommodate grades K-4 with ease.

This Chair Is Highly Recommended

Good design, good materials, good size, shape, and dimensions, sturdy, comfortable, attractive, lightweight, easy to maneuver and pick up and move from room to room, affordable, versatile, stackable, and arrives fully assembled. Looks good in any room of the house (that is, the black version) and is appropriate for any purpose. Even works with a musical keyboard, instead of, say, a drum throne. The flexibility of the chair's back is a little unnerving, though, because you wonder whether you might one day lean just a little too much and snap the back right off--but it turns out that the chair is so comfortable and likable that you won't even need to lean back to be comfortable! Just consider the chair's back to be a handle that allows you to maneuver the chair when you're standing, and you'll be one happy chair owner. Other than that, this chair looks to be built to last. Did I mention that it comes fully assembled? By the way, the seat is not eighteen inches high, but rather seventeen and a half. Comfortable chair

Very comfortable stacking chair for us larger folks. It even has a little vent in the back of the seat to prevent those embarrassing damp sweaty areas from showing up when you stand up. I’m using it as a computer chair, and can’t believe how cool and comfortable it is when sitting all day.

Very Pleased with Styling and Function

Very pleased with the modern styling and simple, straightforward engineering of these chairs. They're remarkably comfortable, as well. Bought 55 chairs (in three different sizes) for a new K-8 school in Evans, Georgia (Logos Classical Academy). Importantly, these chairs are lightweight and stack easily. Will buy more as the school grows.

We purchased this chair to replace all of our conference room chairs in 4 different conference rooms. We have had nothing but positive feedback. The chair is comfortable, light weight, and easily stacked in each room. Good Value

The chair arrived fully assembled in record time, 2 days! It is very well made and supports my back well. I use it primarily for riding my pedlar. I recommend this chair with reservations though. Because the legs stick out a little too far, it is easy to hit it with your foot. So I keep it out of the way until I need to use it. Otherwise happy with my purchase.

Great chair. Very sturdy and comfortable. The price was excellent. Purchased these for the grand babies. I know they will love them. Holds weight. I tested them myself. I highly recommend them. I was so happy with my first purchase that I ordered 2 more. So now all 4 kids have the same quality chair.
