Chair has great features, but beware of second party (lower cost) issues
The product I received had a broken part. The part was the handle on the foot rest adjustment screw. It was not replaceable. The chair performs as expected. But had to use plyers for adjustments. The chair is excellent, except for the above issue.

Very nice stools, easy to assemble with just a phillips screw driver. A little pricey but looks like it's worth it.

I love this chair. I have one of these at my desk at work which made me decide to buy this one for my computer desk at home when the chair I had broke. I love the ergonomic web back and the tilt function as I like to kick back, the foot rest is great also. The up/down function and swivel are great. It's very sturdy and everything lined up nicely on the assembly. The tilt takes a little to get use to because you have a feeling you're going to fall over when you tilt back for the first time but this chair has awesome stability and holds you up nicely, nothing to worry about, just relax. The only downside that I see is in the vague instructions. Make sure you tap the wheels into the base with a rubber mallet, hold on to the wheel assembly, line up and tap in firmly but gently. I had the chair together and was enjoying it in 30 minutes. I will enjoy it even more after the armrests are delivered which are purchased separately. I might pick another one up to put in my living room for added seating. My compliments to the manufacturer of this chair..
Great Stuff
Shawn was great at finding me the perfect chair for our organization. This chair goes from desk level to counter height. It is very well made. I did not order the deluxe model, but if I did, I like the idea that the arms, purchased separately, can move in and out as well as up and down for total comfort for whoever is sitting there. We love them!
