Missing parts were more work than they should be
The chair was missing the screws for the arms. I called Boss, they told me to call overstock.com. I called overstock.com and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I emailed Boss and they sent me the screws. Too much hassle!
The chair of the year.
It is a solid feeling chair, that doesn't creak and groan all day long. It stays at the level I set it at, all day as well. That's all I ask.
