great chair
well constructed and comfortable
6’4” 250 lbs and is best chair for me.
It was shipped faster then estimated. Very easy to put together. It is perfect and extremely comfortable for someone 6’4” 250 lbs. Well built and feels quite stable.

Price dropped after purchase
The price dropped $100.00 on advertising pins on my computer right after I had it delivered.
So far I am not loving this chair. It is not as comfortable as described. It was a problem putting it together with poor instructions and it does NOT TILT. The back reclines. The back is not bent in the right places and makes You feel like Your being pushed out of the chair when You try to sit back in it. The lumbar support does not even touch My back because the upper back gets there first. I would send it back but it would be a hassle to take it apart and box it back up. I am stuck with a 475.00 dollar uncomfortable chair until who knows when. Update: The person who put My chair together did not put the arms on correct or the tilt. After having it put together correctly it is a much better chair but I still have a problem with the seat cushion being to firm for My taste or long sitting. I have a problem with tailbone pain and this is not a good cushion for that. I am purchasing a extra seat pad and it should be fine.

I love this chair. This chair has great back support and a thick seat cushion. It's perfect for those that have low back or tailbone issues. It was easy to put together as well.

Excellent Chair! Sturdy construction with wider and deeper seat. A lot of cushioning in the seat. Many adjustable features for the perfect fit!
Functional chair
Ordered to replace a chair we had used for several years. Took two of us to put it together. Do not like the fact the arm rests will move in/out while resting my arms on them. There was no information included as to what either lever does/how it works and I've been unable to successfully find it on the internet. Pleased with how I can sit and not aggravate my back/hip issues though.
Great Chair for Tall People
I am 6'8" with a 36" inseam. The chair fits great, the lower back support is adjustable and feels good. My only issue with the chair is the arm rests aren't tall high enough when adjusted to the maximum height.
The chair is very heavy duty. It is comfortable to sit in 10 hours a day!

Loving it so far
It's been everything I hoped for a week in. It looks good and is very comfortable for my large body. The chair is rather heavy (a good thing) and it's very helpful to have a second pair of hands putting it together.
