This chair was ridiculous. Putting it together was a nightmare. The holes for the screws did not lineup, they were pieces missing, and then extra pieces in the box.

Talk about well made

My husband is a bigger man and with no future of returning to work we needed a chair that was something other than my kitchen chair! This chair was easy to put together and holds great! The material is of high quality and supports his weight while still being able to move around easily! For reference my husband is 315 lbs would highly recommend!

Great chair!

Wow, this is a great quality chair! It was very easy to put together. It feels very sturdy and comfortable. It looks great in my room as well. Its a good quality...well built chair. I would highly recommend it!!

Supportive, versatile, stable and comfortable!

This HERCULES Series Big & Tall 400 lb. Rated Black Mesh Ergonomic Drafting Chair is a great asset to my home office setting. I find it to be very supportive, quite comfortable, and professionally attractive. It's very sturdy, and very stable. It rolls easily, and smoothly even over my carpeted home office floor, and it feels very stable while doing so. It's 400 lb. Rating provides me with peace of mind that it will maintain a nice long, comfortable, functionality for a long time. It was pretty easy to assemble and I was able to figure out, and have it set up within a reasonable amount of time. It only took about 20 minutes to put together by myself. There are only six instructional pictures steps. The manufacturer includes a great bonus of two pistons, a taller and a shorter one. I quite like it, and I highly recommend this office task chair.

Easy to assemble

Very easy to assemble, I put the chair together myself in about 20 minutes (with 2 little kids “helping”). It would have been easier if the 4 bolts in the bottom used the allen wrench instead of a screwdriver, I have limited tools and finding the right size screwdriver was the most difficult part. The lumbar support is just a bar that slides up and down, but feels nice once it’s in the right position. This chair is being used at a regular desk, not a drafting table, and the height is perfectly fine. I only wish it had arms, then it would be perfect!

Easy assembly

This chair was super easy to assemble the directions were great. I choose to add the foot bar but it can be with or without. I like the ease of adjusting the lumbar for whoever in my family is using the chair.

Chair is VERY Heavy and Not Comfortable

The chair was insanely heavy, which was such a turn off. Building it was difficult. It gives you an allen wrench to build the chair, but only 4 of the 15-20 bolts needed the allen wrench. The rest required a large head philips screwdriver. The seat is not as large as I would have hoped and seemed short from back to front. The back was high, but stiff and didn't move, which I thought it did. But since it did not, which may have been my misreading the page, it was very upright and awkward to sit in, there was no give. And lastly, the metal ring on the bottom, while I can appreciate the larger ring, the ring was larger than the seat bottom and was way too large in diameter. The ring was almost in the way it was so big. And then to add to the frustration, when I went to take it back, it was almost impossible to get into the car because of the large ring and the top half of the store would not come off. I got it to the store after about 20 minutes of trying to get it into the car and an associate and one of the managers tried to tell me they "couldn't" take it back because they didn't carry it in the store, which I knew was complete BS. Another manager who was much kinder somehow found a way to do it without even saying no and returned it with no issue.

Love this chair, nice size and comfortable for tall legs. Seat could be cushier.

Solid drafting chair

The Delacora 27-inch wide fabric drafting chair is big enough to handle my size. I worried that my short stature would present an issue, but this turned out not to be an issue. I am happy with the width and depth of the seat. The screws were difficult to get into the slots, but with some help, this task got done. I will say that the screws are not going anywhere! I have not tried the chair for all-day comfort. I am hopeful though as the seat cushion is great.

Perfect for my needs

I got this chair a couple of weeks ago for my office and it is just what I needed with my mobility issues as far as height. Everyone in the office wants one now. I liked it so much that I bought one for my home office.

Very good quality

Purchased these for the men in our office, The chairs are very sturdy and easy to adjust. The wheels roll easily on carpet floors. Would recommend for the bigger than average person.

Chair will not stat upright, reclines when it should bein licked position. Really poorly made.

Great Quality

Great Quality chair. Wish all the office furniture I bought was this tough - and comfortable.

Product good - assembly instructions useless and spare parts make it confusing

So the product itself is fine...but the assembly instructions are a couple of diagrams and since it included two hydraulic canisters you have to figure out for yourself that one of them doesn't get used (I kept trying to figure out how they both fit in and finally went with only the larger one...that was the right thing as the chair works as described).

No height

I ordered these expensive chairs thinking that the height is what we needed, however they are not going up nearly as far as they advertised. Plus the instructions for putting them together missed the height as well. Very disappointed with this purchase and the one we have together we are going to be looking for a different cylinder to go with it and hopefully we can take the second back. Not good :(
