Chair is VERY Heavy and Not Comfortable
The chair was insanely heavy, which was such a turn off. Building it was difficult. It gives you an allen wrench to build the chair, but only 4 of the 15-20 bolts needed the allen wrench. The rest required a large head philips screwdriver. The seat is not as large as I would have hoped and seemed short from back to front. The back was high, but stiff and didn't move, which I thought it did. But since it did not, which may have been my misreading the page, it was very upright and awkward to sit in, there was no give. And lastly, the metal ring on the bottom, while I can appreciate the larger ring, the ring was larger than the seat bottom and was way too large in diameter. The ring was almost in the way it was so big. And then to add to the frustration, when I went to take it back, it was almost impossible to get into the car because of the large ring and the top half of the store would not come off. I got it to the store after about 20 minutes of trying to get it into the car and an associate and one of the managers tried to tell me they "couldn't" take it back because they didn't carry it in the store, which I knew was complete BS. Another manager who was much kinder somehow found a way to do it without even saying no and returned it with no issue. Less
Great chair
Love this chair, nice size and comfortable for tall legs. Seat could be cushier.
Perfect for my needs
I got this chair a couple of weeks ago for my office and it is just what I needed with my mobility issues as far as height. Everyone in the office wants one now. I liked it so much that I bought one for my home office.
Very good quality
Purchased these for the men in our office, The chairs are very sturdy and easy to adjust. The wheels roll easily on carpet floors. Would recommend for the bigger than average person.
love it!
Great chair and great price... was a repeat purchase so it was a no brainer!
1 Star

Hercules Series drafting stool
This is built well. It will last. The cushion is a tad hard but i have not broken it in yet. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks you
Great Quality
Great Quality chair. Wish all the office furniture I bought was this tough - and comfortable.
Product good - assembly instructions useless and spare parts make it confusing
So the product itself is fine...but the assembly instructions are a couple of diagrams and since it included two hydraulic canisters you have to figure out for yourself that one of them doesn't get used (I kept trying to figure out how they both fit in and finally went with only the larger one...that was the right thing as the chair works as described).

What's important to look for in an ergonomic office chair?
Adjustability in height, lumbar support, armrests, and seat depth are key features to look for to ensure comfort and support.
How often should I replace my office chair?
Quality office chairs can last 7-10 years. Replace when wear affects comfort or if the chair no longer supports proper posture.
Can the material of an office chair impact comfort?
Yes, breathable materials like mesh offer comfort for long hours, while leather can provide durability and a classic look.
What are the ergonomic considerations for a home office desk and chair?
The desk height should be approximately 30 inches (76 cm), with enough space under the desk for your legs — at least 24 inches (61 cm) for a desk chair with legs. For a chair with castors, a clearance space of 28 inches (71 cm) from the desk's edge is recommended.
How much space is required for a comfortable desk chair?
A chair with legs needs around 28 inches (71 cm) from the nearest desk edge, while a swivel chair requires more space due to its mobility.
What is the ergonomic height for a desk chair?
The seat of a desk chair should be about 18 inches (46 cm) high, with adjustable armrests for lateral and height movement.
What are the key measurements for ergonomic furniture design?
Work surfaces should be about 36 inches (91 cm) high, with at least 8 inches (20 cm) of legroom under the work surface, and office chairs should provide 28 inches (71 cm) of space for legroom.
What ergonomic principles should I follow when setting up my home?
Furniture should match the user's body type, with work surfaces at a comfortable height (usually 36 inches for kitchen counters) and seating that supports a relaxed posture.
What are some effective ways to clean and maintain my furniture and rugs?
Use sticky lint rollers for picking up small debris, wet wipes for mark removal, and thin stockings over vacuum nozzles to clean hard-to-reach areas like LEGO pieces.
