I’ve had this chair for a little over a year and the right side arm rest just went. I contacted customer service and there is nothing they can do since this happened outside the 30 day purchase window. Disappointed is an understatement this defective chair will be the last thing I ever buy at Wayfair.

We have enjoyed these chairs. However, we are now 1 year post purchase and both chairs for my spouse and myself have lost the cylindar gas, and no longer stay in the drafting height position. I would caution that the product specs do say 'light usage' and unfortunately, I did not read that. We both work from home and are not more than average weight.

This is a great ergonomic drafting office chair. I love how quickly it arrived and how easy it was to put together. I would not hesitate to order again, especially at the great price point!

Most comfortable chair

This chair has saved my back and hips, it is so comfortable and exactly what I needed. This chair was so easy to put together and looks just like the picture.

Very durable, it has been used in a guard shack and is occupied virtually constantly and has exceeded expectations. It is comfortable and good lookig. Will be buyng again

Overall a great chair for higher desks. I use it when I’m not using my treadmill and it’s great. However judging by the creaking I’m hearing 3 months in — it will likely not last past the 3 year mark.

Bought for husband. He’s a tall big guy and this chair is perfect for him. It’s sturdy and very well made. We both were very pleasantly surprised when he finished assembling it. Very much worth the money.

This chair is awesome! Doesn’t feel like I’ve been sitting when the meetings are back to back! I work remotely, I’m a designer and I usually sit for meetings and stand for heads down work. But I injured my ankle and have needed to sit and keep my leg elevated for the last couple weeks. Wow I’m so happy I got this new chair! Also, I’m 5’7” and have a Fully by Jarvis height adjustable desk. Height range of this chair is perfect for my tall body. Super comfortable and was easy to assemble.

Great Drafting Chair for the price

Our recent Safety Training was about ergonomics and once completed our staff pointed out that our current chairs were not ergonomic friendly. We researched online to find a chair that had both task chairs and counter chairs. This chair design had both and informative reviews. We decided to order 7 chairs for our reservation department. They liked them so well that we ordered 5 more for our accounting department. The staff appreciate the flexibility of the chair mechanics. We would order again.

Not long lasting

Bought it 4 months ago and the air suspension no longer works. It just slowly drops. I am not a heavy person either. Otherwise is was a good chair

Perfect for my husband at his work bench. He is a larger man, so this chair works great. Also being taller he likes the feature of being able to adjust. Good chair for what we are doing.
