I love this chair. However, after owning it for a year, I find that the leg rest is too small, negating the efficacy of the waterfall style seat, because I have to bend my legs back to the circle to rest my feet on it, thereby cutting off my circulation. It would be perfect if the footrest were bigger. Check out the Boliss chair. Larger ring, though not as tall.
Quality is high, height and sturdiness essentially as advertised. The seat depth is a little too short for my 6' frame, though, and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to sit with my feet on the barstool ring for extended periods--might have to get a footrest instead.

The main feature that redeemed this chair was the liftable arms and the fact that my kids liked to spin around in it. It offered no support in the seat or back, so I ended up having to add all kinds of cushions to make it comfortable enough to sit for more than 15 minutes. If you're looking for a chair that you can sit in for long periods of time, keep looking!
I am a short person with a short torso and long legs, so finding a chair that works with the current longtime trend of very high desks and very low chairs has been a nightmare. It never occurred to me that what I actually needed was a drafting chair! I also have temperature sensitivities and live in a very hot place, so the land of ergonomics and solid backs and pleather has been equally unwelcome. This chair is perfect. There’s enough padding in the seat enough support in the shape to be comfortable, but not so much like you feel like you’re sweating in a race car. The open that allows for plenty of airflow, and it goes low enough for most the standard desk height but also tall enough that if you do you want to use it with a stand up desk or are just short, you can raise it to your comfort height. The footrest rim is also more welcome than I thought it would be, and having it at that wider circumference makes it more comfortable than other similar chairs. Highly recommend.
Great WFH chair, I use a tall dining room table as desk, this chair was the perfect height (adjustable) for it. Delivery was fast and super efficient. Assembly instructions are very easy to follow. The seat is very comfortable. The feet ring is only adjustable by one screw, so I can foresee it getting loose as time goes by (as mentioned in other reviews).

Extremely happy with this comfortable & sturdy, well-designed chair! Assembly is straightforward if two people work together: some of the angles of attachment make it tricky to line up the bolts if one person builds alone. And yes, don't tighten the arm bolts to the back piece until you have the seat attached, another reviewer mentioned this and it was helpful to know. The chair is a good weight, fittings are secure, and the mesh seat has a really nice level of cushion, very comfortable for long-term studio work. The height adjustment lever works very well, nothing is flimsy, and it has a clean, modern look. Arms swing up and down smoothly, no slipping. Makes desk work more fun!
To anyone who finds a self-assembled chair uncomfortable, try turning the baseplate (the part screwed to the bottom of the seat) around 180 degrees. If installed backwards the chair will be very uncomfortable!
I'm plus size and this chair fits me perfectly. The adjustable height makes it work perfectly when sitting at my standing desk because the profile of the desk raised my desktop about 5 inches - since this chair gets higher than normal desk chairs, it's a perfect fit for the standing desk. I do wish there was an adjustment on the back (or it would have gotten 5 stars) for the 'lumbar' support, but it's mesh, so there's no way to adjust. Was easy to assemble, which I did that on my own in less than an hour with no additional tools - everything was in the box.

I have tried to get in touch with customer service for weeks (on hold for 35+ minutes) and have been unsuccessful, so I will leave a review. I bought this chair and really liked it, however, after 2 weeks from working at home, it now slowly slides down from the height you have it on to the lowest position. I am 5'4" and 160lbs, and there is no indication that it can't support my weight in the product description. There is no where to tighten it to help mitigate the problem either. At this point, it has surpassed the 30 day option to get a replacement part or replacement altogether, but I couldn't get through to anyone, unfortunately. I wish this would have worked, but I am now going to purchase a different chair from a different company.
I was excited to get this chair. Like many I was caught off guard with the pandemic and had to scramble to be ready to work from home. Saw that this chair had great reviews so decided to give it a shot.
After scouring the internet for days on end, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased the Archimedes Mesh Drafting Chair.
