Pretty good! For slightly more active desk-work

So far so good! I think it's too early to tell but it definitely helps my posture, forcing me to sit up straight as I lean back against it. It turns my desk into a mix of a standing and sitting desk! It can roll/swivel side to side if I sit on it like a stool, and it is easily adjustable to a range of heights.
