Flimsy pieces loosely stapled together
The mesh back of the chair is loosely stapled and covered by a rubber piece. The staples are moving out of the frame and the mesh is getting loose. I've had this chair for a couple months max.
Adjustable arms
The adjustable arms could go lower if possible for shoulder comfort.
The chair is very comfortable. But the instructions were not the easiest to follow for assembly.
Poor back support
The lumbar support is just too low, making my back stiff pretty fast.
It's terrific
