The chair is great, but your advertisement did not say that assembly would be required. Assembly was difficult, and the instructions were less than adequate.

This is a nice looking chair, and very comfortable. This was a very good deal for the money, and it looks really nice in an office setting. It looks expensive without being expensive.

No wheels or hardware

Bought two, one was fine the other had no wheels or hardware to put it together.

Love this chair!

This is MY chair! I bought this pre-covid and have toted it back & forth, twice now, from home to office. The only thing wrong is a bolt has been knocked loose out of the bottom where wheels connect to chair so I have to pull one out & go size it to replace the missing one so it'll rock straight like it ALWAYS has, this is simply user-abuse! I love this chair & am looking at a 2nd!

Specs said 27 inches wide in seat. It's a little over 20. Uncomfortable.The depth was off as well. Rather than all the trouble to send back, kept for a game space in the house.

Not Very Comfy

I'm neither big nor tall & I don't feel this is a particularly roomy chair. I find it to be too rigid for my liking - have to really push with feet up to tip back.

Comfy Office Chair

I bought this chair to upgrade my home office setup once I was working remotely. This was a huge step up from the very basic "computer chair" I had before. The higher back hits about at my neck so it supports my back all the way up through my shoulders (but not high enough to support my head...I'm 5'5"). It is wide and the cushioning is comfortable for many hours of sitting at my laptop during remote work and online graduate classes. The arm rests are comfortable and since they curve down at the front, they can go under my desk so that the chair allows me to sit close to my desk. I was able to easily put the chair together myself in about 10-15 minutes. Great chair at a good price point.

Leaves a lot to be desired

Chair was extremely hard to assemble, finally had to take it to dealer for assembly. Chair is still not right.

Great Manager chair!

Chair is comfortable and fits close to the desk. Great feature that the arms slant downwards. Chair does what it was designed to do. Height adjustable also.

Chair came UNASSEMBLED. I'm fortunate I know how to put things together. Directions, very poor. The seat itself will diminish in cushion w/in short period of time.

I shopped around and found the best deal on an office chair at Lowe's. Chair needed assembling but was easy to do. High quality (especially the base) and attractive.
