The weld joints on these chairs are terrible.

Had two of these that broke at the weld joints on the legs. Garbage chairs from a garbage company.

I had purchased the same chair 5 years ago for my classroom and I loved it. I recently bought another one because I needed another chair at home and I'm taking the older one home and using the new one in the classroom. As someone who's 215 lbs and 5' 10", I love this chair. The seat is perfectly firm, and the lumbar support is awesome. The only thing I did to enhance the chair was to purchase a neck supporting device so I could add cushion to support my neck when leaning backwards. Unfortunately, the chair wasn't high enough and I needed extra support for my head. After I put the supportive device on top of the chair behind my head, IT IS NOW COMPLETE, and I feel very comfortable. Wayfair has always sold me great merchandise and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Less

This is a good chair if you sit upright and have excellent posture. If you slouch or like to lean back in the chair (like I do), this chair can be almost painfully uncomfortable. The lower lumbar support will dig into your back and force you to sit up straight. On the plus side, the chair is solid, easy to assemble, and looks suitably expensive.

Because of the poor packaging everything in the book was bouncing around and the wooden arms are scratched up. This how the box arrived. This photo is the bottom of the box!!!

Beware Of This Chair

This is the worst office chair I have ever purchased. The seat cushion wore out in less than a year. I thought Lazy Boy had better quality...

Love it!

This La Z Boy executive office chair is just what we needed. It's comfortable so you an sit at the desk for hours and not have aches and pains. The color is a rich chocolate brown that is very elegant. Beauty and quality at the same time.

This was easy to assemble. I was able to do it by myself. Very comfortable chair. My husband uses it as a office and gaming chair. Very fancy looking!

Wow!!! This chair does not disappoint! Well made and SO comfortable! I surprised my husband and put this in his office, he loves it! Pretty sure he naps in it sometimes! Easy to assemble and fast shipping.

I just received the chair, but I can't comment on the comfort yet. I have an issue with the seat, and one of the legs on the base. I am waiting on the parts. The chair itself looks nice, other than the minor issues, I would purchase this chair again.

Quality is unexpected!

First, when the box arrived, it does not in a good shape but not broken either. Then, the 1st part out of the box was the left arm which has the paint chipped and other scratches. Double-checked, then found more scratches on both arms. The base was also scratched on 4 branches. The chair face was protected very well and in good shape. I would suggest the manufacture wrapping the parts better for shipping and at least should include some touchup paint in the box. During assembly, all 4 long screws are all striped and thus the chair arms are loose. Removed them and found out the screws are Ok and it must be the screw nuts in the back and base are not in good quality. So finally solved it by wrapping the screws using a few turns of Teflon tapes. The chair is comfortable. But the quality is way less than a ~$*** chair, maybe a ~$*** range. Overstock service is good since they are offering free return. But I am tired to disassemble it and put it back into the box. So I will keep it but may not consider the La-Z-Boy because it is definitely overpriced for such QC. Less

Defective twisted/crooked back

The back attachment was defective. Chair base and seat were level, but the back seat was crooked/twisted. No way to correct but to return. Too bad because the chair look / size / and comfort were ok (aside from the tilted/leaning back). Disassembling for the return wasn't fun either. 5 stars for Overstock support, but honestly this should have never left quality control.

Sturdy and Comfortable at a Good Price

Took a while for shipping and the carton looked like it took a lit of abuse. However, the packaging was great, there was no damage since everything was protected with cardboard and bubble wrap. Chair was easy to assemble with the provided T-handle allen key tool. The chair seems sturdy and is comfortable...and should last many years. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable chair at a good price.

Beautiful, comfortable, well made

This is a beautiful chair, very comfortable with lumbar support and good padding on seat and arms. It took less than an hour for this 67 year d grandma to unpack the pieces and put it together. Instructions were easy to follow and the only thing I needed help with was lifted the heavy chair part onto the swivel platform.

Lazy Boy executive chair. It

It is extraordinary comfortable. The lumbar support really helps my back. It was not difficult to assemble. It looks just like the photo online . It seems to be well built and sturdy. I have tile floors, and it rolls with great ease. I wish the arms were not fixed, but that's not that big a deal. I am 5'4" and it is perfect size at the lowest setting. It arrived on time and in great shape. Can't ask for anything more.

Quality chair

Chair arrived in perfect condition. Instructions very easy to understand and I was able to assemble by myself. Leather seems to be nice quality and seems to have good ergonomics. (I just got). My only complaint would be it doesn't lower enough. Fortunately I'm relatively tall (5'8") but it would not be for someone shorter than me or a small woman. I am much higher in front of my desk than I've ever been, but I'm guessing this might improve my posture.
