I can not recommend this product. The cushion on the seat is abysmal and lost all support within a year. The mesh backing also tore and no longer provides back support. This happened over two years of regular use for someone of average weight. Do yourself a favor and invest in something that won't need to be replaced in 2 years.

The chair is very deep, so for the adults in our house (all under 6'), it's too deep. The back is good, but I can't really use it. The cushion leaves a lot to be desired. I bought this chair because it was on sale and had great reviews, but I'm not sure how long we'll keep it around. Initially I thought it could move to a kid's room if I didn't love it, but it's too deep for them.

Not as advertised

I bought two of these in the summer to use in my classroom specifically because they offered tilt. They do not have any such mechanism for this feature. It only adjusts up and down. When I tried to return the unopened one I found the window for return is only TWO WEEKS! I won’t be doing business with Office Depot again

Arms NOT Adjustable

The description says "adjustable, flip-up arms." That is the feature that I specifically needed. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS IF DESCRIPTION WAS ACCURATE.

I have always had great luck with Wayfair’s quality but this one missed the mark. About 6 months in to using the chair the chair began sinking when sat on and won’t maintain the seat height. Bear in mind the chair is only lightly used as I stand most of the day. Further, I am no where near the weigh capacity of the chair. The sinking pretty much renders the chair useless.

Probably the most uncomfortable chair I have ever purchased. I bought white ones. I would not buy them again. I will have to replace them sooner rather than later. A chair has two jobs. One to be comfortable. One to look good. These chairs look great. BUT they are not comfortable. Find another product!

Chair is great looking but one fatal flaw, which I missed in the pictures, is the scoop in the backrest. It tends to push my shoulders forward causing shoulder pain. I understand majority of chairs have this but this one seems to be just a little too scooped to the point where it's causing my shoulders to push forward. Having a pillow behind my back helps but then now defeats the purpose of the ergonomic design and now I'm essentially back to my old office chair. I'm 5'9 and 170 pounds, so I don't think this should be a problem here at all. I can't even return this item now because all the FedEx locations are too far and inconvenient, I'll have to pay Uber now to go both ways carrying a heavy box, there is a fee for the label itself but it does say shipping is free(not sure if it's actually free or you have to pay the $15 charge) but regardless, It's still $40 in Uber costs just to get it to a drop off location. This was my first wayfair purchase and it's my last. I would highly consider avoiding this chair unless you want shoulder pain. Looking over reviews, this seems to be an issue where it's 'pushing forward'. I have great posture but I guess if you naturally hunch or lean, you'll be fine, considering your shoulders won't be so press up against the back causing your mid back to cave in. Ignore all the higher rated reviews, save your money, do not buy this chair.

I needed a new chair for work since the one they provided was broken and uncomfortable. This was easy to put together and works quite well for an 8-hour workday. The only qualm I have is that it is slightly forward leaning. Not sure if this is how it is to provide ergonomic relief or if I put something together slightly wrong. I wish it had more functions, but for the price and look it is enough for me. My back hurts a lot less now.

I am extremely happy I opted to purchase this chair. It is extreme sturdy, comfortable and spacious. Picture does not do this chair justice. The back support is everything I needed. I have been using an executive chair for over a decade now and I honestly will say that chair never felt like this one. The installation was super easy and fast it only took me about 25min to unpack and install alone with no assistance and I’m 5,0. I just used my dinning room table to leverage. I would highly recommend this chair!

First of all, the positives. The chair was easy to put together. All the parts were included and the instructions were clear enough. The quality of the chair itself seems good, and I expect it will hold up pretty well. The quality was better than I anticipated from some reviews I read. And it looks good.

Sitting in it right now as I write this review. Very comfortable. I like how large the seat is for my curvy body. The moving arms are a nice touch. I do wish the arms were adjustable in height but they are stiff enough that I can lean on them in a mid-raised position. I love that the seat rocks. Make sure to have the seat in the 'unlocked' position to properly rock or it will feel stiff and make a creaking noise. The rocking is very fluid with the lever in the correct position.

I just purchased two chairs. One for the work office and one for the home. I received this one first and paid $183.99 plus tax on sale. Said it was regularly $324.00. I am a 5'5 woman, and set up the chair by myself but had great difficulty with the washers and screws for the arms. When I first sat in it, it was a great improvement over my current 10yr old chair. Then I received the second chair. I payed $290 for it plus tax ( REGULAR PRICE) Ergonomic Mesh Executive Chair. It is grey and has the mesh seat, and special lumbar support. What a difference. Can not believe that this chair is regularly a $325 chair, compared to the other which I paid less for at it's regular price. I suffer from chronic lower back and hip pain. This chair is OK, and like I said, felt like an improvement till I tried out the other one. Now I am questioning even keeping this chair. I certainly would never buy it for it's regular price, and having compared it to what the second chair all had for components, am disappointed in this one. This chair is all plastic parts. My other came with a much heavier frame and support system. There really is no lumbar support in this chair compared to the other one I got. If you don't want to spend the extra money, then this chair is OK. If you suffer from any pain issues, don't think your getting a $325 chair when you buy this one, cause your not. If you suffer from pain, I put a photo of the Chair you really want.

I needed to replace an old, heavy, malfunctioning office chair and wanted a relatively light-weight, easy to move mesh chair (mesh for breathability) with a good lumbar support that was also affordable. I also needed a chair that has arms that flip up out of the way because I play guitar and will be making some videos at the work station where the chair will be located. In addition, this chair was/is available in a number of colors, including one of the my favorite shades of Blue, so, this chair 'ticked all of the boxes'. It arrived ahead of schedule, and, although I do agree with some of the other reviewers that the assembly instructions could could have been a little more helpful, having some experience putting together other, similar chairs (and having the strength to deal with some 'juggling' to put this together by myself), I would say that two people, working together, would have an easier time figuring out how to assemble it. Not impossible for one person, but, at times, a moderate challenge. However, the finished (assembled) product is terrific! It is comfortable, functional for my needs, easy to use, and looks great! If you are going to be seated for long periods of time, I would suggest a good seat cushion made for that purpose. This is not a chair that you could sit in for more than a couple of hours at a time, but, it's a generally good practice to get up and move every hour no matter what type of chair that you have! I'm very pleased with this purchase and will be purchasing another for a different work station in my apartment!
