I would definitely have a second person to help! It would have taken me forever to put together myself. Id also keep a drill on hand for each person working. That cut down the time by quite a bit (I did 2 of the 10x10 due to the permitting in my area). Everyone is jealous of these pergolas! Theyre the best option!

Amazing gazebo!

I was very skeptical of this product when I opened the box. I thought the roof was cheap and of poor quality. After considering the costs of shipping back to the company, I decided to keep it and erect it. What a surprise! It went up very easy with two people, the instructions were easy to read and all parts went together easily and without resistance. The roof material upon building seems to be durable and a good choice. I am very pleased with this product.

We love our Pergola. It’s been installed since spring and went through a 70 mph storm just fine. Ours is bolted to our concrete patio. It really does take 6 people to install.

Relaxing patio!

Beautiful addition to my patio. Only suggestion would be to have curtains weighted along the bottom so when closed, they would not tend to blow back and forth with any breeze. Have to complement the excellent customer service, especially Elsie, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with a couple of installation issues. Unbelievable fast delivery as well.

Things to look for you buy:

We are very happy with our pergola. It took about five hours to assemble with two assemblers and two runners. It began raining as soon as we were done and it did not leak at all. Louvers are very convenient and easy to adjust.

We were a little disappointed in the condition of some of the pieces. There were several dents and scratches in various pieces that my husband had to straighten out as well as he could so we could fit the pieces together. Also, the pictures are a little confusing so you have to go slow and keep checking each step. It looks nice once it is set up but we still have the dents and scratches.

Great addition to our backyard. it took about 3 hours with 4 people but we made it work. I would say that the curtains that come with it, im a bit disappointed, they don't close separately. you have to completely close off one side, which means the side next to it can't be tied around the pole.

It is nice, I just wish they made it a little taller so i didnt have to add an 8 block to make it taller other than that its great. I tried purchasing another pergola but

Looks good up but disappointed in the construction. 10x12 ft but put together with 5 6 foot pieces requiring a brace with about 18 screws to hold it together and silicone so center points don’t become leak points no reason not to have a 10 12 ft beam is would be stronger and leaks wouldn’t be an issue

Its ok... the pergola is decently made but on the border of "cheap" thinner metal than I thought. Also its very low. its only like 6 foot 9" or so. it needs to be 3-4 inches higher. Also there is a inch gap at the top and bottom of the bug screen so mosquitos can get in.

We like the design and quality of the Pergola.

Very happy with this purchase. It provides the right amount of shade for our backyard. Instructions are not the greatest, but we managed. It took 5 guys about four hours to assemble.

So far so good!

The boxes showed up earlier than anticipated and not in too bad of shape. They store some of the brackets in the legs of the stand and 2 of them were wedged in there pretty good, the 4th one wasn't there so we had to order the missing piece. Took about a week to get it in the mail and customer service was easy to work with.Took about 5 hours to put together and so far so good! The hand cranks for the roof seem to work well and it feels pretty sturdy.

Amazing!! So worth it and great quality. We get so many compliments! We live in the Midwest and this has survived a tornado already!
