Desk is very nice. Price for it was good. Only issue was getting duplicate parts which led to not being able to complete putting together. Not tech savvy so I couldn’t email all the things they wanted for confirmation of purchase/issue. So unfortunately it was easier for me to return instead. Very bummed out.

Desk

The desk was exactly what I wanted and was looking for, unfortunately one of the boxes had what I would believe to be dried, yellow, cat urine.

I like the desk

The desk looks very nice and I like the color Espresso. But it had no directions, we had to go to youtube to get the directions.

Good looking and nice computer desk

This is a good and nice computer desk. I really like the design and hopefully, it'll work long enough for me. I had a smaller and cheaper one that I've used for about 5 years. I am giving a 4-star review due to its packaging. There were a few scratches on different parts when I opened the box. I had no time for an exchange or return and purchasing a new one, so I just kept it. The item really needs some packaging improvements, but the product itself is pretty decent. In terms of assembly instructions, based on reviews that I read, I was expecting a confusing set of instructions, but they were clear and didn't cause any confusion. The instructions might have been updated by the time I made a purchase. I'd say they are easy to comprehend, just read each step carefully and completely. In addition, I liked including some spare parts in the package as I found a screw missing and I took it from the spare parts bag.

Just Want I Needed

I like having a desk with a file cabinet that is easy to get to. My previous desk didn't have a file cabinet. It was easy to put together.

The instructions were good. Lots of parts (packages of various screws) but came together easily.

Great desk especially for smaller areas

This desk can be assembled by 1 person if needed. It was not difficult, just time-consuming.

Mine came without bottom panels for ANY of the drawers. Which is the 3rd step to putting it together. As far as looks of the wood and such i really like it. But I will return it by July 11th if they don't send me the parts i need. Will update if i get the parts after submitting email like I was told too.

Nice Product...Missing Pieces

Quality of desk is impressive; however, 5 pcs. were missing for installation and wasn't aware until we started to assemble. Check all pieces before you start this project! Contacted company and to date have received 3 pcs. Two are on backorder and won't be receiving until sometime in May which is very disappointing. Company tried sending me different color but I refused as I want entire desk to match. They have been very apologetic for the problems.

I love the desk. It took me 5 hours to put it together with a battery screw driver.
